It’s a good Saturday other than the fact that it’s over a week since I stopped smoking and I’m still coughing up tar

I’m not sure if it’s tar or some build up or something else but I have been smoking on and off since I was 15 and have quit for a while to try let my lungs repair , the other reason I’m not smoking is because where I live weed is really expensive and I’m not gonna but it if it’s 450-600 an oz or rather wait for my plant to be ready , I’m trying to find a balance between doing healthy normal stuff and just have a sesh every now and then but it’s difficult for me I just love cones
