Yeah see that’s what I’ve always read too. That plain water should never come in contact with coco.
Fuck where’s @OzCocoLoco when u need him.
I still haven’t given them anything cos between trying to research AND be a mum, well....

lol what a steaming load of horse shit. why what is it going to do? i flush once when i flip, and once in mid flower.
what is the first thing you do when you run into trouble. flush with plain water and reset. im really looking forward to hearing this one... the deadly poisonous plain water sucked all my nutrients out and turned my coco toxic. please enlighten me @OzCocoLoco

Oi. I thjnk u and that whiskey better settle down lol!! Oz coco has never said that, I just wanted to know his thoughts is all. And the no water in coco is on the canna website. Something about fucking up the buffering ability or something. (I can’t find where I read that now tho LOL)

i think you might be right lol

but honestly its not an issue the idea behind that is that coco will hold some nurient and feeding plain water will leach it out but it takes a lot more than one flush to get to that point and even then basically one good feed and it will correct itself. in the bad old days people used to actually feed coco twice flush once so like feed for 2 days then flush on the 3rd day and then go back to feeding for another 2 days etc etc. these days coco nutes have more than enough mag and calcium to compensate

I’m not using canna coco nutes tho. I use canna classic. Fuck I don’t know I’m confused lol

Ill still say Epsom salts..but I aint the one to ask- I have no experience using coco. But in a pinch that's my answer. Its a safe, late feeding feed.

honestly either way a day of veg nutes or a day of plain water isnt really going to do much in the grand scheme of things. it wont make much difference which way you go.
cannabis growers tend to overcomplicate and overthink everything
