Top or super crop? And why?
Top

Because it's easy as fook and creates super bushy plants.

Topping will slow a plant up some like some don't it's strain dependent is my experience ....
Super cropping doesn't slow up a plant and it can even be argued that super cropping technique when done right creates more yield than topping.

But I'm a topper scrog n bondage plant grower.

Anyone try the Firefly 2? I loved it at first, then over a month or so I gradually came to dislike it a lot. Then it suddenly clicked, when I understood how to use it which is not what everyone everywhere says. When I began to use it correctly it has completely blown me away.

One week after first pistils and she appears to be budding up well. Running at 100%W 100%R and 10%B so 240W at the wall and 12" from the canopy, so huge par, with a good spectrum. And bonus of knocking the blue down is only running at 32ºC

Is this day 49 from flip? Aren’t u concerned?

My plant is growing really tall and bushing up a lot more than I thought because of topping it., And it's stretching and thickening up ,

Once I start topping it the plant doesn't slow down to much I top every chance i get until stretch is about to start

Yeah mate probably a 45 litre went get transplanted into there but 3 weeks ago
I usually give them a heavy root prune but don't think it would work in that case, plenty of N and some supplemental light would be the only other things I would suggest. The extra light only needs to be a low wattage cfl or led and it only needs to go on for an hour or 2.

Why does it look so shitty then ?

Tomorrow I'm going to do a faux scrog, using lst and maybe some soft cropping, I think she has one more week of stretch so I might just open her out to fill the 60x90cm space. I'll post a shot of the roots tomorrow, they are fucking awesome, which I am hoping will support the über defoliation that I have planned.
