Yes... We're building a house on a block that got wiped-out on Black Saturday. I'm calling my new home-brewery "Phoenix" . The sign out the front will read: "An Tearman". In Gaelic, that means "refuge" or "sanctuary".
Reincarnation is a strange thing, indeed & I'll embrace it with open arms for someone who wants to re-invent themselves from a situation of adversity.

Been a big week. Saw "The real thing" aka Russel Morris last week. He was awesome. Looks like I'm rained out which I'm a bit spwein about, but happy Friday fkrs.

We used to call it the "Porter Challenge" before the advent of wingsuits.
Exit from a Porter, then chase it whilst it's in a full-on dive & try to get back into the same aircraft. 'Never managed it myself.
There's something inherently insane about jumping out of a perfectly serviceable aircraft. I wholly embrace that insanity.
Only those who have experienced insanity in its many forms will have any notion of what I'm on about.
Pardon the euphemisms (@ beernutz) but It's always possible to get back into the aircraft for another go.
