Aussie Growers Thread

Yea i have snapped a cple main stems this grow, pulled out the electrical tape wrapped it then tied them off higher up to a stick or something like that for added support an they have bounced back.. Could help to mist top half to keep her hydrated for cpl days if its a clean snapp in half..
Havent tried it but i reckon cple cheap bandaids would do the job an probs easier to work with aswell on a smaller plant

Yep give or take, maybe more for that one. Always a good idea to have everything on hand and get it quick. I’ve done 128 branches super cropped over the past week n a bit and luckily only had to tape 2 small outer stem wall splits.

Slight pressure roll between thumb and index finger to soften the stem where you want it to bend on one like that before bending...not a full supercrop.

Plumbers thread tape on smaller stems.
 
funny i was just thinking about plumbing tape yesterday
i just thought, na thats stupid ill break it getting it on so i propped it up with a stick

i should have just used it for a clone
lets see,,,,does my zkittles branch make it or is jimy right and shes toast

Horticulture grafting tape, or duct tape for thick to medium stuff. Tape n Cable ties for intersection splits. Plumbers thread tape for thin stuff n small stem wall splits. Just leave a tag end with the plumbers thread tape so it’s easy to take off. N wrap on itself or crisscross to start. There’s also another one I want to try that you can get from Jcar...it’s a Japanese made self amalgamating tape...looks like it’d stretch with growth and it binds on itself, no stickiness.

I listen to "Broadcastify" all the time. There was a HUGE alert for "RFS South Coast" down there. Sound like it's fire related. Man, I hope all of you guys/gals are all safe. The fire fighters sound really concerned....
