Before you go there why not go to Christine Delaney first?....she managed to get him off for 128 plants which is about 32x the amount majoirty of us grow. My guess is snitch or former copper pilot (which was already suggested) or hey maybe this Christine chic has a set of knockers like no others?
lol true but if Christine Delaney managed to get this guy off for 128 plants with just a $1200 fine, then im pretty sure she has the power to legalize it hahaha :p
like you said she could of just had a hot set of knockers and well,, the judge wasn't really paying attention to the case.... lol

I guess it pays to check equipment over for GPS devices if you have intentions of knocking off gear for a grow :D
WTF my brother had 3 plants and is in more shit than that, they rape the arseholes of people who grow hydro but my mates who had 56 mature (6-10ft) plants outdoors got 900 between them and no conviction. In Queensland there seems to be no standard, just depends what judge you get some guy up north had 9000 plants and got off with a suspended sentence because he was a single father yet others have a few and go to jail.

i bet my lucky stars he snitched, 128 plants and just a fine. i would deff be watching my back if i was him.

You get $50 for every successful bust too, so that will probably pay his fine.

Oh and I grow guerilla not in a greenhouse, someones ripped off a few seedlings I had and has been stealing pots so I can't, gonna set them up and shatter there tibia's with a baseball bat.

Step 1: Go to any camera processing shop and get as many used disposable cameras as you can. (100 should do the trick :P )
Step 2: take them apart keeping the chips in tact.
step 3: snip off the caps and hook them up in parallel
step 4: hook the charge circuit (depending on the brand it will vary) and put them in parallel
step 5: hook up a fuck load of AA batteries in parallel so you get alot of juice but low voltage (do not exceed 3volts so to banks in series would give 3volts)
step 6: put batteries to a switch to the charge circuit to the caps
step 7: put some mesh around the seedlings but insulate it from the ground.
step 8: hook up your batt/charger/caps to said mesh
step 9: DON"T FUCKING TOUCH THE MESH NOW

400volts at only 1 farad caines like a mofo.

How do i know this?.....experimented with homemade tazer and coil guns which essentially use the same principle as an electric fence. A SINGLE fully charged disposable camera will leave a burn mark on your skin. 5 will leave a substatinal burn mark. 10 starts to cause perm scaring.

What does this have to do with your problem?....any fucker who is dumb enough to touch the mesh will get a nice surprise :) Best part is its essentially free to make this. Minus the couple $$ for the switch and some wire and solder.

EDIT: Make sure you hook your switch up BEFORE the charge circuit. Failing to do so and as a result using a switch AFTER the charge will result in a fucked switch. Most switches cant handle the voltage and therefore fuse together. If you want to have a switch AFTER the charge bank you would need to use a relay as they the only things that would take it.

Hey Hans, how long did it take to get your seeds from Planetskunk - I have been waiting 3 weeks and they are ignoring my messages - emails bounce, messaged through their web site (ignored) sent text (ignored).
it took just a week. Was a bit worried but i do not have anything at home what the police could found. I have set-up a new e/mail account, ordered via this and paid in cash directly on NAB account. Name was fake of course but since there are not named letter boxes in Australia, everything arrived. There were just the seeds, exactly the amount I ordered, no extra gifts. Got some white widows which should take 60 days until harvess. Greetings, Hans

I get 4 months off from uni over chrissy I'm going to leave my pit bikes and some suss looking stuff hanging around and camp at that end of the property, as much as I like you idea (was thinking of using a 12v power source rigged up to a crazy thick breaker) I would like to do it myself, and also ask how he fared with my spidermite infested pants he stole last season.

im looking to replace my greenhouse for this summer grow, the current one is made from polycarb and its not 100% sealed, i want to put a few more plants in and im worried about the smell. i came across this website

http://www.redpathaghort.com/structures/quarantine.html its designed to keep pests out so its sealed, that way i can attach a carbon filter to control the odour or run Co2 which i do in my current ghouse. anyone got any advice on this?

For Skiz, and anyone else interested. This is my RDWC setup thanks to the link i provided the other day...with a coupla adjustments to meet my requirements.

Obviously still need a few touch ups but obviously under the table will be my 80L res. the hole in the bottom of the bucket is where the drainage hose will lead to the res. As well as that, i also need to either spray paint or tape up the buckets for light proofing

thanks mate. Lookin good. Like the little table idea, although wouldnt work for me personally as my grow tent is only 2.1m tall. Yer deff spray those buckets as i heard light leak into buckets causes massive fucking problems with algea.

Was wondering with the pipes though....Dont you feed from the bottom and drain from the top? Or does the top spray the roots and run off is then collected?

Hi Hans

PlanetSkunk finally sent me a text asking for my payment details, I figure that my payment had been missed and seeds not sent, they followed it with an email saying that the order has now been processed and seeds on their way.

I just received 5 feminised Barneys Farm Red Dragon seeds from seedsman.com - highly recommended seed merchant - seeds came packaged with a free T-shirt. The real beauty of buying from Seedsman.com is that they are U.K. based and they take the V.A.T. off of the price which makes them a lot cheaper.

So I will be starting the Red Dragon shortly, and should be getting my Magic Bud seeds from PlanetSkunk to grow after the Red dragon.

I plan on using colloidal silver to produce more feminised seeds for future grows, I can't be arsed keeping mother plants and I want to switch between different strains.

That's actually the part I dint quite understand either. I was just gonna trial this method since I don't need it for a little while. In the link, someone actually asks that same question. I can't remember the reply but. But that sounds more practical you'd think

The hose on my rdwc is at the bottom so they all drain to the same point
and the water cycles right the way to the bottom on each tank
also do you have a air stone in each one?

Nat geo shop for a good one, and most 2 dollar shops have them or sewing shops, I think bunnings might have them too, just hit up ebay I got mine for $4 delivered and it's 20x and does it's ob as well as I could ask for the pitance I paid for it.

Oh and Skiz had an epiphany, my dads a garbo and I read your post as buy camera's for some reason I may rig up weaker ones for my thieving roommates, thats my food arsehole.

If you got some pics of your setup Jim it would be great?

Just to confirm. Does the recirculating part of the setup make any contact with the roots? Or is the roots "misted" by bubbling the water? For memory you drip it from the top through the roots? But then if doing it this way is there a point in having an airstone in each bucket or just a big mofo in your res?

Thats the thing, i would of thought the water fills from the bottom so it doesnt remain stagnant, then over flows into the res via a central line. ie. each bucket overflows to a central line back to the res. Gah so confusing, but like you i got plenty of time till ill be ready to wack shyt together.

hahhaa fuck that man im a broke uni student the less money i use the better. Go to any kodak shop and just ask for there used ones as you only want the circuits. If they charge you for it tell them to blow it out thier ass and go elsewhere. I managed to pick up a good 400-500 all for free.

well in this case, this setup basically circulates water through as many DWC-acting buckets and the whole idea of the res is simply for checking ph n ppm of one bucket instead of 4 or 6 or wateva. at the moment ive got 4 standalone buckets in flower and 2 containers in veg. its not so bad but im waiting for 4 pots to finish in flower and then ill have another 4 buckets and that'll be a whole lotta assin about

anyway, misting the roots, i dont think is DWC or RDWC for that matter...correct me if im wrong anyone but i believe that'd be aeroponics...even feeding at the top of roots thru the net pot with a thin tube isnt DWC...correct me again if need but i believe thats bubbleponics.

i spose theres fuck all difference really but DWC is easier in terms of construction and items needed...but the others may b better...but results are always dependant on many factors...but i do know my plants love DWC so im not gonna change what isnt broken
