Yes it can. I did it once with a Casey Jones Waterfarm Scrog. I have a very good chance of doing it again with a blue dream i am growing right now.

If you want to make caps from keif then just do @klx recipe. if not just press the kief into hash and dab that.

Press to dabs much better then cap imo
