NIEPA's are a waste of hops & you have to drink them quickly, as they go downhill very rapidly.

Yep. Here's a few that a mate & I are going to share tomorrow evening:

On the left is a strong Scotch ale that was made at my place in 2005 & this is the last bottle. Approx. 10%ABV.

The RIS is 16.5%.

The Thomas Hardy's Ale has been kept in the fridge for 15 years. 2003 & 2004 vintages, so they're 16/17 years old.

Should be a fun night!

I wouldn’t say NEIPA is a waste of hops. It’s a style of beer and many enjoy it. Get a Rock Juice in ya and I’m sure you will enjoy it.
