hey guys, quick Q. I was looking at expanding my grow op. I currently run a 4x4 and was looking at doing a perpetual grow using the tent I have now for veg. Should I get a 5x5 tent or a 4x8? is mostly a cash crop I take a couple Oz's but nothing major. If you have any suggestions also very welcome.

4x8 for sure. Using the 4x4 for veg you should be able fill a 4x8 full easy. I have 4 plants that take up an 8x8 space and i veg them in a 4x4

cbd will help with inflammation etc but as lucky said won’t do dick for pain. Use both
Fair call. But if some one wasn to want the thc side affects cbd would work though. Th8s wo7ld be wen the high cbd an low thc strains would work better yea even know they would still get mild thc effects. Seems like a fair amount of extra work to extract only cbd

What would you guys consider the most efficient way of lighting a 4x8 flowering tent. I was considering 2x ts2000 Mars hydros and boosting the tent with some t5?

No. That shit is garbage or for people with micro grows. Trying to light 32sq.' with 600-700w is not going to end well. Do not believe their claims about replacing a 600w hps with those fixtures.

If you just want to throw a tent up with a couple lights and grow some plants, stick with HID.

If you want to do LED, it's going to cost you at the very least 50-100% more money and you need to learn what is good, and what is shit. Head over to the diy led section and read, read, read.

Look for qb's, look at samsung strips, look at hlg and so forth.

Ok yeh, my only issue with hid is heat and high electricity costs. Is it as bad as people claim??

Have you ever grown indoor weed before? With all due respect, it doesn't sound like it.

Didnt see your earlier post. What were you using for lighting in the 4x4?

One grow using leds
I think you're biting off more than you can chew with a 4x8. But if you insist, leds will pay the difference over the long term as compared to hps. As i said tho, u need to research what proper, growing leds are.

What medium do you grow in?

I think I might run a couple grows using hps lights so I'm not investing so much into a grow with my lack of experience. I used soil in the past.
