Australian growers - is this soil good for seedlings? Buying seeds online?

atm i am useing house and garden soil nutes but i have found so far dutch master advance to work alot better with it

Ah righto, I am using the Canna Terra Vega and Flores nutes with mine but the only reason is just to keep it simple this time around. Perhaps next time I will amend the Canna Terra soil with organic nutrients, or go with a different brand of liquid nutes, not sure.

Don't know a hole bunch about green thumbs.!!! but this gets me through. I'm sure there is plenty better ways but it works for me hope this helps.first pick veg second is flower and thats all i use 1 bag soil 1 bag vermiculite.:)

I'm in South Aus and I have ordered twice through Bonza seeds and have received both orders no worries. 100% germination rate so far also. I also know someone who has ordered through Herbies and say thats a great site too.

that potting mix is pretty much the same as the 5in1 i use just your stuff is ready to go straight into pots. the nitrosol is good shit, alls i use in veg as well.

the searles potting mix already has peat for water retention so for drainage have you thought about usng perlite instead of vermiculite. the vermiculite will hold a little bit of moisture where as the perlite will drain though pretty quickly adding back air to the root system

I might have to give the perlite ago. ? thanks for the tip. I use the vermiculite for that reason less watering and holds the nutes a little better. and as far as run off per watering is pretty good. but I shall try perlite for a test thanks again for ur input. :) happy growing

i was curious as he peat should already hold a lot of moisture. with peat and vermiculite id personally be worried about over watering/feeding my girls.

as far as my best results so far i have done was 7 zips from 1 plant with a lot of training etc! could have done better but as far as stealth would allow me it was pretty never racking as its outdoors. and believe it or not there really is not much peat in it. but yeah i will try your method sounds positive im always up for learning bro. cheers be safe out there. :) ps been using this method for 2 years now maby i will change lol.
