*Autoflower Grow* Super Cali Haze from Short Stuff *pics*

so i have a super cali haze growing and its an auto right? 120 days? mines 75 days or so old and has no buds or signs of bud, i have it on a 18/6 lighting schedule, heres the pics. I dont know what to do with it its fucken huge, about 5 feet tall and ive topped, supercropped and LST it lol it just keeps growing

^^ put that shit into 12/12! It is probably like the jock horror, not truely auto so you need to 12/12 it. Gonna be fricking huge lol.

lol ya i was thinking that at around day 40 but then i read that its a 120 day auto on attitudes site were i got them from??? all my other autos from short stuff were just fine but this one is crazy, like it has pistils and everything showing its a female but no buds???

wow its great to come on here and have some good shit to look at and read. Chrim, that room sounds sick! def looking foward to seeing pics of that. Thanks to everyone for the comments on the pics of the current 215. The pics do look really good but when you get up close to them in person the buds are mad small and its been 9weeks of flower! they are orange and shit and looks ready to take down but between some over trimming, cold temps and high hummidity the plant was def stressed and didnt produce what it should have. I put flushing fluids in with new water last night and im gunna take them down in a couple days so i can also expand with this new super cali haze grow.

AudiA6Driver - Thanks for the pics, any home pics ive seen of this plant all look the same and ive heard the same problem with just about everyone. It looks like your plant is def going to need a 12/12 if possible. I see you have some other smaller plants in there, are they auto also? Maybe a hps would help too, i noticed thats a MH. Maybe it needs some more yellow and red specs to put its self into flower mode. Wow thats a big "super auto" though. That should def crop 3+ oz. It looks like we have the same size pots, my room is only 4x6x8, if all of them reach that size my room will be stuffed. I will have to get a friends script posted in order to harvest because im only alowed a lb processed.

As for an up date...

Last night i did put the FloraKlean in the DWC set up. I need to get this new grow off the ground so they need to come down, they havent swelled up or really changed in over 2 weeks. Today when i get home from work i will have my new 600watt NextGen ballast and hood along with the one replacement seed that they sent me. Discount Hydro and pretty much every hydro store on the west coast are all out of Digilux bulbs due to the switch to indoor season so i dont have a bulb yet. Discount-Hydro was really cool about it, they refunded me the price of the bulb and still kept the complete set-up price with the hood/ballast combo. Really sick company to order stuff from, i will post pics of shipping and new shit later tonight. The seeds are still germinating, i didnt want to look at them untill late tonight. Last night my girlfriend donated some money toward my medical grow so i ordered 2fem Onyx seeds and im also getting two freebies (i heard one is autoflower). That should be here in less then a week. This can at least promise me a true autoflower and an early medication. The local medical banks are also interested to see how these turn out. Only one person there has tried a lowryder and they said it was a couple years ago and it was nothing great, so they are excited to see the medicine these autoflowers produce. Hopefully it can make them a believer and they will add some autoflowers to their seed bank they have on site.
Anyways, thats really all for now. Untill tonight when i get home from work and have an early x-mas, haha. Keep postin the good info and pics!

Ya im going to put it in 12/12 next week, The reason its been in 18/6 so long is ive only had 1 room and had 4 other autos in there that were doing just fine and i didnt want to lower their yields. And after 40 or so days i looked up the strain on attitude and it said it was a 120 day auto so i just let it keep growin, it was under a 600w hps and 400w MH for the first 60 days of its life also. The current plants in there are NOT auto and are only 3 weeks or so old they get another week of veg then they go into flower along with this "super-Auto" lol. Ya good eye it is a metal halide, my current veg setup is a 1000w MH that is going to go into my new mother/veg room im building this weekend and a 600w HPS so theres some red light in there too. for flower the room im going to have 2 1000w hps, as im giving the 600w to my dad so he can grow more. The strains i got going in the room right now are, Ak-48 (5) / Exile (3) / Pineapple Express (1) / Cloud 9 (2) / Critical + (2) / Super Silver Haze (Auto) (1) and im trying to find some more local clones also, those are all seeds ive purchased over the year, i have 9 other random high grade seeds but they got cold the night i planted them and died. Sig has a link BTW. Would like to see some pics of anyones elses super silver haze!! Keep up the good growin man!

Sounds like you got a legit set up AudiA6Driver. I recently got a free fem Critical + seed, i will prob plant that this summer outdoor. Def looking foward to watching that grow, sounds like you got a lot going. Keep posting up to date pics of the Super Cali Haze here if you dont mind, id like to see how it does flowering. that thing should yield some good medicine. I got ten of these things so ill see if they are all like that or if they vary from seed to seed. Maybe some got more of the "autoflower" gene then others. I dont nkow, i guess we'll see. Thats why i decided to order a couple Onyx, i heard they are really good and from what ive seen they look like a great, early yielder

Ya im hoping i get some good medicine off it, i ve been growing it long enough lol. Funny that you mention Onyx, I also grew that along with the blue Himalayan diesel, and a low girl. Heres some pictures of them, i didnt take harvest pics of the blue himalayan or low girl but i did take harvest pics of the onyx.

That's a nice looking grow you had there. Too bad that super Cali haze didn't keep the true autoflower genes cause that would be great yield. I'm goin to plan on the same thing happening to me as well. Once the onyx finishes I will switch to 12/12 depending how yours goes. Hummmm I wonder if I should plant the critical+ as well since I will have to go to a 12/12 cycle anyways. Again, I gues I'll watch yours and plan accordingly. Thanks for the pics and info. So far you are the only one that's posted pics of what I should be expecting. Hopefully more people will see this and build on it as well. Looking foward to starting this up in the next day or so.

So i got home today and had my hood and ballast waiting for me. The hood is freakin huge, and the new NextGen 600watt ballast is sick and super light. Its a lot smaller in size compared to other ballast ive seen. I put my two current ladies into 24hrs of dark, so i can get the led on the seedlings tomorrow night. I germinated 8 Super Cali Haze seeds and they all popped within 48hrs. I still have 4 of them for future use. They are all in 1"x1" Grodan cubes in a seedling dome. When they pop out and show themselves i will put them under the LED and then in a week ill get the new 600watt up and let them go from there. Im waiting on the two onyx seeds as well, and then that will be my legal limit of 10. Since AudiA6Driver has informed me of his Super Cali Haze situation im planning on letting the Onyx do its thing and flower all the way out and then when i harvest it, if the Super Cali Haze isnt looking like its gunna flower under 18/6 ill switch it to 12/12 and finish it out like that. Then once the Onyx is out and the lights are on 12/12 in the one room with the SCH they will be considered "mature" so i can then start more of what ever. Most likely ill try to do a second autoflower grow completely under the LED while the cali haze finishes up. Well thats the plan.
As for right now, just waiting to cut down my two ladies tomorrow when i get home from work and then put the seedlings under the LED. Will post pics tomorrow night. Stay Medicated

Did you use a powder on the leaves? Because your plants look like they have powdery mildew. Well actually they do have it and those plants you shouldn't smoke because of the mildew. Do you have any fans in the room? You need air circulation to prevent powdery mildew. Clean your walls with bleach water or a fungicide to kill the mildew and steam clean your carpet in the room.

yeah there was a PM problem with thoes. I had three fans in the room the entire time. Intake at the bottom, Exaust at the top, and one on the plants. This is a huge problem in my part of CA. I know of a lot of other people that just cant get rid of that and spider mites, its a big problem. When i harvested i left the plants outside for a couple hours and it was really windy, so that got most of it off. After i trimmed i also left it outside for a while and shook the branches as well. I dont have hopes for anything right now, but it doesnt look bad any more. I know that PM doest just go away like that but im gunna continue checking it during curing and decide what to do with it. I can always screen for hash if i have to. I did use a bleach solution on the entire room and let it dry before i started putting anything back in there. Should be good to go.

And just for the future, if your pics dont have to do with Onyx or Super Cali Haze or anything to help me out (like pics of your own random grow), Dont post it here. I appreciate info to help me out and pics that i can look at so i know what to kinda expect, but nothing else.

As for an update....

Current 215 is down and drying. As you can read in my post before to RealStyles, i did have a powdery mildew problem. Hopefully i did everything i could to save the tops that didnt have much, but we will see what happens. I did bleach the entire grow room just to be safe. The seedlings have grown about an inch or so in the little seedling dome, as of right now theres 8, im waiting on 2 Onyx seeds to show up and finish off my legal limit. They are sitting under my 120watt LED with 24hr lights. I called into work yesterday and they didnt need me so i took the entire day to harvest and clean for the Super Cali Haze. I got the 600watt hood and everything mounted and ready to go, i will prob turn that bitch on sometime in the middle of next week. Were getting mad snow here tonight and the temps are dropping like crazy so i have a little space heater on in the room keeping it at like 80 for the baby girls. Will post pics on my next day off, unless i get snowed in tonight which is very likely then i will post pics tomorrow. Stay Medicated

Sry it took so long, But here is a pic of my SCH about 80 days from weed. Planning on harvesting in around 3 weeks.. It went through some problems in veg due to this being my first grow, but rebounded very well. I been using 75 watts of cfl for the top since its grew past the light almost.

Why doesn't mine have bud??? lol 90 days old now and nothing!!! i'm putting it in 12/12 next week i'm tired of waiting for it to do its thing. Hopefully the 12/12 will kick it into flower, Mine also past the lights too, i just have it in between my lights (1000w & 600w) so it mostly gets side lighting. Cant wait to see some harvest picked and pics of the setup, Good luck with the next round, You'll like that onyx, the smoke is very smooth. One thing is it looks like its growing all retarded but it will grow out of it. It starts off slow and goofy lookin but i found that it basically tops itself , vegging stage it fell behind the blue Himalayan and low girl, but it was the first to finish its flowering, i think its 50 days? Same here with the snow over on the eastern side of Washington, not enough to get snowed in but everyone now has forgotten how to drive so it would almost be better if no one was able to drive lol

I changed mine to 12/12 when I changed my PPP, but it had had preflowers for 2 weeks before I switched, Couldn't really tell if it was auto flowering or not. The breeder recommends growing it on a 16/8 light schedule .

Whitetiger - thanks for the pics. That shit looks really good for being under cfl. I cant wait to get these girls to that point. It looks like im gunna put my SCH on 12/12 as soon as the Onyx finishes to insure a semi short life span.

AudiA6Driver - Put that shit on 12/12!! haha its been too long, but im sure it will pay off with a nice harvest. Keep up to date pics when you do make the switch so i can follow along. I cant wait for the Onyx seeds to be here, they should have been here today but with all the snow and thanksgiving i will get them prob on friday.

As for an Update..............

I transplanted 7 of 8 seeds into their final pots (one never sprouted because it was the Huge one that was extra in the pack). From thoes 7, only 4 look good. I have no idea what happened to the other 3 but the shriveled up and are dying. I have 4 more Super Cali Haze seeds though along with the 2 Onyx, so if all of thoes go well i will be at my legal limit with 8 SCH and 2 Onyx. The soil is Fox Farm Ocean Mix x 3 mixed with 1 Fox Farm Seed Starter to make it a little more airy. They are in 3.5 gallon pots under my new 600watt NextGen HPS. I got a SunMaster bulb, hopefully i like the results. Since its so cold here (last night was -11f) im leaving the light on 24hrs right now and its keeping the room at a perfect 80deg with a couple fans. Everything seems to be going good right now.

As for harvest.........
I got 20grams off of the bushy Snow plant and 14 off of the Sierra Dream. Not good at all for how long it took. This grow i will not be trimming anything to insure no stunting of growth. The medicine i did harvest is a good smoke too. Nice and smooth. As for the PM, i got mostly everything off of it and it doesnt seem to affect the smoke for me any. I did toss most of the lower branches due to a lot of PM but everything up top was pretty good. Everything smells fantastic in jars and is hairy as hell.

Here are some pics of the set up... First is my room, second is the 7 SCH, 3rd is one of the shriveled up plants, 4th pic is what the other ones look like, 5th is the whole set up so far, 6th just shows my pack of seeds and the set up. Harvest pics are in the jars. Pic 1 is everything in jars, Snow on the right and Sierra Dream on the left (thats a fluffy ass 1/2oz of snow in the red jelly jar). Pic 2 is the Snow up close, and the One in the green jar is Sierra Dream (thats the best pic i could get)

i dont know what was goin on with the picture upload the other day but it didnt seem to work. I will re post them when i get home today. Everything seems to be doing ok right now. Im down to 4 Super Cali Haze but have 4 more seeds and also thoes 2 Onyx should be here today so i will germinate another 6 tonight. The four super cali haze look great so far, just trying to keep the hummidity up in the room. Since its now winter, the air is dry making it hard to keep moisture in the grow room. Any suggestions? i already have a tray of water under the light so it evaporates with the heat from the light.
