whats the best, easiest way to germinate a seed.?. i have heard so many different ways to do this. some say not to use the paper towel method or the soaking in water. other said to just simply place in soil about a 1/4in down and simply spray mist over the top and let mother nature do her job, as in the moisture is already in the soil. by the way the soil i will be using is the fox farm ocean forest, which has been highly recommended. please, any help in this would be appreciated, thanks in advance!!

Does anyone know what the UK equivalent to Fox Farms Ocean Forest is?

I am currently using Miracle Grow compost.... had good results but this brand seems very popular and always up fro a change

Alright heres my lowryder 2 at 3 weeks, its started getting small yellow spots on the lower leaves whereas the top leaves are remained unscathed for the time being.

Is this overwatering or MG deficiency?

Not using any nutes at the moment.
Very difficult to tell anything from those pics, they're extremely blurry. Try turning macro on with your camera if it has that setting (most do), and that should allow you to take close-up pics that are in focus. There might be other settings you can change as well that affect focus, so experiment a little. Be sure to hold the camera very steady, and don't move for a couple seconds after you snap it.

Im afraid thats the only camera i can access for the time being. Basically a few leaves at the bottom have curled up and gone yellow, leaves at the top are still looking healthy and on some leaves they have gone dry at the tip.

EDIT:

is it just me, or when you LST a young auto it stops growing? i've tried it on three different strains, and after bending it over it ceased growing. yet when i LST bigger ones that have a bit of growth left, they branch out like crazy
