What you think of this strain !!!

Strain: Super Cali Haze
Breeder: Short Stuff
Location: indoor, outdoor
Type: ruderalis/sativa
Flowering: Automatic flowering
~110 days (From seedling to harvest.)
Only female seeds.

Type: Auto flowering sativa hybrid
Height: 40-90” | 100-225cm
Harvest: 100-120 days from seed
Yield: 110-250g | 4-9oz per plant
Effect: Soaring Sativa high
Potency: 10/10

This strain is the holy grail of auto flowering growers, a true and pure auto-Sativa and one which has been described as a SUPER AUTO by its breeder stitch. Stitch has been working for many years on refining an autoflowering haze strain but as many other breeders know this a very difficult and some say an impossible task.

Stitch finally managed to do this when he created his ‘Nirvana sky’ strain and this has been used as the basis of super cali-haze. First a ruderalis was crossed with haze special and bred until it was 100% autoflowering. This was then crossed back with a resinuous colombian mother from Cali state and the super auto was then stabilised.

The result is a big tall strain which can grow over 2 metres outdoors and produce upwards of 4 ounces. This is perfect for someone wanting to fit 2 harvests into one summer season and still be cropping out before everyone using normal strains. Unlike most autoflowering strains which are indica dominant Super cali-haze is a pure Sativa strain so will give you that soaring cerebral hit you expect from a good old fashioned haze. This really is a very different auto and one which you will surely want in your collection.

The super auto is here and its here to stay, this is going be Big!!!

I wanted to get some info from the good auto growing congregation. I've got my diesel ryder at 65 days from sprout. Her hairs are about 90% amber. Turning a nice purplish hue on the top cola. I looked at her trichomes and they are only ~10% amber. The Joint Dr. said 9 weeks from seed. Im thinking she has 3 weeks to go. Anybody else have to wait this long for trichs to turn? Heres some pics of the leaf I trimmed off. Image18.jpgImage19.jpg

I use soiless mixes only, no compost. The only thing I add is about 3 cups of blood meal per 5gal of peat for vegging plants or seedling AFs. Then when I transplant I put them in the same soiless mix but with 5 cups of bone meal per 5gal of peat. I use some stuff from canada which is 20 or 30% perlite. If you dont have perlite in your mix, I highly recommend adding some.

I have done runs with tap water only, and I have done runs using Schultz 10-15-10 at 6 droppers full per gallon every other watering. Seems like the schultz keeps the yellowing to a minimum but I havent noticed any yield or potency increase. I am a huge K.I.S.S. fan and I think a lot of people get taken when they spend hundreds on nutes that are mostly water anyways. Some of them are good, but really most of what you pay for is to ship water, so buy the powder stuff and save a ton imo.

Peace

I have had to wait anywhere from 56 to 80 days on my Diesel Ryders. Love the purple in the leaf there, but what are the black dots? They almost look like spider mites to me.... is that the underside of the leaf? I recommend going to Radio Shack and buying their $13 pocket microscope with a light. If you look at a spider mite with your naked eyes they look like black dots, under a 100x microscope they look like clear crab spiders from a scary movie or something. Creeped my shit out the first time I saw one.

The black dots may just be amber trichs judging by the 2nd picture, but can you verify this for sure?

cheers for that, the soiless mix has - peat moss, perlite, vermeculite, worm castings, dolomite lime and neem pellets. so do i add anything to it for germ and to grow plants in for the first 1 - 3 weeks untill transplant ?? and after transplant what powder ferts, manure or compost do i add per 50L of soiless mix ?? beacause i want the plant to have all the nutes it needs in the soil and i am away alot so do not have that much time to feed it ect...

fdd2blk has a great tutorial about this. He goes by how the bud actually looks instead of looking at trichs.

The pictures were of the underside of a leaf I trimmed off near the top cola. I bought a digital microscope last week. A Celestron 44302. It says it does 10-40x. Thats what I used to take the pics. Its not spider mites, I assure you. Just the tips of the trichs.

sonar,
Yeah. Ive read his tutorial about harvesting. I actually just read it not too long ago. Tons of good info. Im pretty sure my main cola is done. Just wanted the bottom 4 branches to mature a little more.
