are there any brown spots? rust or any sort of yellowing on the 1st leaves? I'd say add perlite to the mix for better drainage and probably add some more veg nutes just to balance things out. Check the PH also, make sure its not high. If it is, PH down that bitch and check the runoff. use R/O water when u can.

Org MG has nutes already in it...DO NOT add more nutes....the small pics shoe you don't have perlite in your mix...which is necessary for proper drainage....if you've only watreed once in two weeks...perhaps it needs watering....Moisture content and proper drainage is important as roots need oxygen along with moisture...but a seedling needs NO nutes whatsoever for a 3-4 week period....I'd dare say you have a slight nute burn from the nutes in the soil already...
I once used MG Org for my grows and had some good grows but it was much trickier to obtain healthy plants than with a nuteless soil which I use now...
