I really am not getting what you're saying. This dude is running in AZ and Walker in in GA also running his own race. Not the same area code. So Walker can't vote for him. So I'm not sure in what way he would be "speaking to" Walker or why he would bother.
As for Clarence Thomas I can't even look up where he lives for some odd reason. I mean why not publish Supreme Court members locations these days right?
But I will wager Thomas is not in Davidsons district either.
