Anyone have a general idea where this 10% is at? Or would like to make up a map for us?

I'm looking for paitents and just barely missed out on Buckeye and Black Canyon City... I would love to help out some people who can help me.

Why not just request to cultivate and join the class action suit against the 25 mile clause?

When is this suit actually being filed? Some bird in the wind mentioned July 1st which has come and gone...
Hopefully it was not a Crow that told you such info...

I was never aware of a July 1st date. The only date was July 9th which was pushed to the 12th.

But after running into a few technical issues we decided to file on Tuesday July 16th

Im not joining your lawsuit because I don't think you will win.
I think the court is going to say that you are not being forced to become a mmj patient therefore your argument doesn't work.

With out a good attorney its complete waste of everyone's time as HB you are not close to being a lawyer and may just fuck things up more
by establishing the wrong legal precedent.

I gotta give HB DC credit. He walks the walk.

As far as legalization on the ballot next year, very optimistic. This is a citizen's initiative with ZERO money behind it. When MPP came out here to get 203 rolling, they paid volunteers, I believe, $1 per valid signature.

I've heard MPP won't be out here to get our legalization initiative in 2016, a presidential election year, as opposed to midterm elections.

I hope and pray that you all win!!! Id be more active, but the "team" from down here in Tucson has some shady ass bastards involved with them. People that i KNOW have ripped MANY people off, selling no name clones as harliquin and cheery pie clones among other things.

I wish it was better people from Tucson fighting this thing, we had the lowest dregs of the Tucson MMJ world take up the fight before intelligent competent people even knew about it. (cuz they are able bodied unemployeed welfare takers, and the smart ones work and have shit going on).

HBDC is great, if everyone fighting for this was liek him, it would surely work. But for now its a crap shoot....though i am pushing for you HB

Ohhh I am for legalization too my friend. Believe me. But there are issues I see with putting all my beans in the Legalization basket and bailing out on the 25 mile rule issue. I will explain!

As of now... If you are within 25 miles of a dispensary you can not grow. Period. (Minus all the fudging of addresses and other non sense some folks have suggested. Where are they now?) The legalization measure will not be on the ballot until 2014 which leaves many patients in bad position. remember all the equipment purchases to cultivate? Do folks except this to help them in the now? It surely is not helping me right now. Yes I FULLY support legalization - who doesn't? I want to be able to provide for my our health and the law is prohibiting this. This is a rights violation and it shall not be tolerated. Whether you stand on one side of the field or the other never should we create a divide in the MJ community like many have been pushing for lately! And to be frank with you folks, I have spotted 2 dispensary owners(organix is one) (or their people) pushing the legalization measure but not the 25 Mile Rule measure. ever wonder why? To sum it up there is little to no compassion being shown by many of the so-called compassionate people/clubs.

When the PD comes kicking in my door for brewing a cup of coffee because I live with 25 miles of StarBucks I would not be surprised if folks support that too....

Either way we are getting rid of the 25 Mile Rule with or without everyone's support! If you don't like that - Piss Off!

PS
@Hydra - I am one person. And this movement needs other people with the same ambitious to fight against it. I am no one special just another patient who doesn't want to get bullied. If you are not willing to fight for your rights you never had them to begin with. IMO. But the problem is in the profits many folks are seeking and fall short due to selfishness and lack of compassion. I am a personal grower and help the few people the law allows me to do so for. I have met all walks of life since my journey began with the AMMA in 2011 and the more I run into folks in in desperate need of cannabis it makes me want to help and fight harder.

I agree with that, but i have certain things in my life that preclude me from being "on the front lines" s to speak. I simply dont trust the Tucson crowds discretion, and question there motivation. But i wish you all the best, and if you need anything behind the scenes like printing or phone calls, i got you.
You see, Im a spy, and the CIA would be mad if i was involved in MJ legalization..... they'd take away my Nissan skyline with missiles and Laser shark launcher:(

But I still wish you the best in your quest!

Also another thing i have noticed (again with the Tucson 25 mile group) is the over whelming prevalence of a "if you don't support our cause in EVERY way, than FUCK YOU!!!" or "if you dont show up to EVERY COURT CASE we post about on facebook with a green pin and poster board signs, FUCK YOU!!!!" etc

They seem to have such terrible people skills and always come off as such pricks. If you have never heard them bitch and cry at a az4norml meeting....oi vey, everyone is out to get us, everyone wants us to fail...now give us some goddamned money!!!!

Im VERY biased i realize. But in my small minded opinion, you couldn't pick a worse group of advocates for MMJ from Tucson if you tried.

However i wish them AND you all the luck in the world I hope you are successful and thank you sincerely for putting all of this time and effort into getting all patients the rights we deserve. CHeers!

This is the biggest issue I see as well. Which is why they are gaining very little traction in lieu of their facebook spamming.

I can say there is no support from dispensaries... I have personally contacted every one on the most current dispensary list! Got a maybe from a Prescott dispensary but the rest could care less if patients can grow which I expected. The same support that LV is showing is the same support the dispensaries are giving - complete BS when it comes to action. Bunch of talkers! The monopoly will only last sooo long before some folks wake the F up.

Sorry the average price per 8th is $60 where is the compassion? Dispensaries are more than welcome in AZ as long as everyone can grow... These smart guys who think finding patients outside of the 25 mile rule will solve the issue. Maybe for them but what about the rest of the patients who are stuck in the 25 mile rule area? I guess they are just F'ed. For now!

If you can't bite your tongue and stop hating on everyone trying to fight the 25 mile rule then SHUT your mouth because 75%+ of these forums are filled with fighting and non sense. Out of 2,121 post (LV) how many of them are spam? Every post I have seen thus far.... I guess it will be us and them from now on.

PS
And as far as Keith Floyd.
He is a character. That is for sure. And he is very very passionate about this issue and growing and healing people. Some folks just breeze past old knowledge because they know it all. That man has been cultivating the land for a very very very long time. If you judge a book by its cover you likely don't know the content. So you are not at liberty to talk about a book in which you have only read the cover. Seriously! And the personally attacks you are referring to were between 2 parties not several.

I knew fighting the 25 mile rule would bring some problems... But now there are haters I know we are making progress in getting rid of the 25 mile rule.

As I said before - When the PD comes kicking in my door for brewing a cup of coffee because I live with 25 miles of StarBucks I would not be surprised if folks support that too.

Peace and Love
