John McCain: "Maybe We Should Legalize" Marijuana
Senator John McCain appears to be down with marijuana legalization.
Hey, instead of a legacy as the guy who was always trying to send the country's military to some country you've never heard of, how about a legacy as the guy who spearheaded marijuana prohibition?
Arizona Daily Star columnist Tim Steller attended one of McCain's town hall meetings yesterday in Tucson, and here's what he came back with:
McCain: "Maybe we should legalize. We're certainly moving that way as far as marijuana is concerned. I respect the will of the people"
Steller later indicated on Twitter that McCain "seemed sincere. In fact, he repeated the statement to another reporter afterward. It's a low-risk position."
That certainly seems like an unexpected thing to hear from McCain, especially to the marijuana advocates who are convinced that the alcohol industry -- to which McCain has family ties -- is what keeps marijuana illegal.
McCain's statement is also good timing for cannabis-legalization advocates here, as petition-gatherers are still trying to get the issue on Arizona ballots in 2014.

Thanks for all the input on the threads guys, know that I read and take in each one. I sincerely appreciate the ones that take the time to get to know us, and give feedback based on their experiences with us, it really does help how we develop and change for patients (hopefully for the better 
)

man, as much as i have tried to dislike Bryan PURELY for being dispensary scum (owner/operator) i just cant do it.
I DEFINITELY feel his prices are still too high(however far lower than most) especially due to the large grow(s) he seems to have going. But the bastard is just so goddamned likable and personable i cant help but root for him lol. Its a free market and people seem to be willing to pay what he asks so you cant be mad at him.
He is so far removed from most of the douche bags that run rampant in the 'mmj world', and just seems to be a good all around guy.
So if i can request one thing of Bryan.... clone yourself 100 times over and kill off all the other dispensary owners and replace them with Bryan clones. Then people can at least purchase expensive weed from descent folk.
Get on that.

I called them the other morning 2 hours before they opened and got a live voice that answered my strain question. That in itself is refreshing in this day and age. I was calling about a high CBD strain which at the moment they didn't have but I'll still be swinging by soon.

Bryan did mention they are getting seeds for Harlequin (high cbd) and he'll have two grow areas dedicated to it...also clones available to caregivers

sounds like the usual drill..... dispencerary pays a couple bucks for some bs clone
from a grower that often gives low quality because hes getting payed shit for the clones.
They are then resold for a premium and are nothing the dispensary ever grows

i'm about 80% sure i'm moving to thailand in about 6 months. i'm working on it so i must be serious.
i'll let you all know what the prices are there.
i'm thinking they'll be pretty good as long as i can avoid the monkey house. they have harsher pot laws than we do.

Lol, we only sell our own clones. The high CBD stuff is in its own bracket entirely, based on the situation most will be gifted for free. The trick is how to donate 2 tables worth of medication, and whats the best way to legally "infuse" it these days? CO2 seems to be our best bet going to produce a decarboxylated concentrate.

Since the cost of starting a dispensary is so high I assume you would only grow the best and these would of course be almost exclusively Cali clone only strains. Is it possible for a patient or caregiver with grow rights to come pick up a few (Cali clone only) clones and of course purchase some meds at the same time grown from the same clone only strain so he or she would know what to expect from your elite genetics?

No apologies necessary, I understand what I'm up against... we've all fought stigma's for years.. As far as only growing the best, we will grow whats best for our patients. Sure, high production is a good thing, but not the main motivator on our choice of strains.
As far as picking up clones and flowers at the same time, yes once we are up and running perpetual. We've got 24 tables to fill, before I would consider it full. There are (of course) going to be some house strains that we DON'T offer, but they will be limited to mostly our own crosses.
