Bacon Shortage

I know that processing times for water canning change based on altitude and the amount of pressure used when pressure canning is adjusted as well.
 
i switched over to an air fryer. my wings come out just like deep frying them.

I've gotten addicted to frozen crinkle cut fries because of my air fryer. I used to make them from scratch but it's just too much. Just dump them out of the bag, set the timer, and shake them halfway through. In fact I'm tempted to have some right now.

oven bake it at 400F on a wire rack over some parchemnt paper to soak up the oil

It's not ideal but sometimes all I need is a couple slices to put on a hamburger. It is much better done on a rack in the oven which is how I do it when making any decent amount.
