OK here's the update, turns out I did have mildew...thanks Nat Moon. Anyways I didn't think I had mildew either but turns out I did...looks identical to your plants, I did what Nat said with the bicarbonate, and cream milk and I bought a sulfur burner/evaporator (thanks caligrown)that they use in greenhouses and everything is fine now, not sure if you figured out the problem yet?

Figure 4 is definitely an over-fert problem. The high level of nutrients accumulates in the leaves and causes them to dry out and burn up as shown here. You must flush with clear, clean water immediately to allow the roots to recover, and prevent further damage. The find the cause of the high nutrient levels.

Your plants have hemp streak virus. Get rid of them & use bleach to clean everything they have been in contact with. HSV is spread either through direct inoculation of a cut surface, eg. when taking cuttings, or by vectors such as the Western Flower Thrips. Any cuttings, seed or pollen taken from the infected plants will also be infected.

I second the Hemp Streak Virus. That is some bad mojo, sterilize everything you can and burn the rest.
