Barney's- Crimea Blue discontinued?

This was a fantastic strain IMO .... does anyone know why Barney's discontinued this strain. After my first grow i was looking for more seeds, Reg, to make a cross. It had pretty consistent phenos with the fem seeds.
Just curious why they'd discontinue such a great strain.... It's been unavailable for at least a year or so now .....?

is it not available on the retailers site or the farms too? I know it is not vvery popular but i agree one of their best! drop them a line they get back pretty quick ive found

gotta checkk it out ....I grew it in one of my first grows. Now with a tad bit more experience i'd love to have another whack at it. Esp if they discontinued it but the seeds are still available. It was ffffuuuuckking nice!

I had 5 of these seeds, had no luck with the first four, but my last is going now and looks amazing at 41/2 weeks flowering. Bummer it's going to be gone forever.

barny farms is weeding out there reg seeds and going fem! violator kush reg was a bummer to go and I dont trust there fems

Yup, seems a lot of breeders are doing away with regulars in favour of fems. Sucks but then that's the market for you I guess. Got a few banks like TGA and Mr Nice keeping it old school though.....

yeah it seemed only a year and a half ago you could have a choice between reg or fem. Seems these days that seed companies like Barney's, Greenhouse or other big name FEM only sellers are afraid of having their genetics used by more experienced, lesser known, breeders.. so they pollute the gene pool knowing no respectable seed company is going to use feminized in their breeding program....just my thoughts.
....i know there's a market for fem, but among cannabis growers there is a market for BOTH. makes no sense to rid of the regular seeds when profit could still be made from them.... know what i mean?
