Barney's Farm Pineapple Chunk - 400w soil

U don't need rooting hormone, though it will speed up the process a few days and have a higher success rate. What's ur rooting medium? I personally stay away from rockwool as I've have bad luck with them. I would go either rapid rooter/ root riot or similar, or directly into either coco or peat like a jiffy puck. But add minor amounts of b vitamin like super thrive, b52 etc. And some kelp product like nitrozyme or bioweed also a small amount of roots excel orator if u got it... Soak the medium in this solution before taking clones.
Main thing with clones is a sterile environment with stable light and temps and humidity

no i aint give it anything bar water, its only small, i got another germinating aswell. their all bagseed.

I'm rooting clones naturally and was succesfull so far but it took a bit longer, to root and see new growth, than what i'm reading by people using rooting hormones...

im going to try to find some cloning gel... i figure... perhaps i can make 16 clones.. place them in party cups and then flower... if i could get a ounce per party cup... that would be golden.. or stick with just the main mother.. flower her and pray for a qp dry

sooo.. in my attempt to "tie her down"... i snapped a branch... its not completely snapped.. but its hanging.... i have snapped stems before... but it was in a area where i could tape it together... this is in a difficult spot.. i taped it the best i could... lets all take a moment of silence and pray for the best... but i feel i might have fucked this one up.... there goes one of those gorgeous 4 natural tops

i think im not going to play around with this plant anymore... so tonight was officially the last time i will attempt to play around with this plant...i need a dummy plant to practice some lst and supercropping.. cause right now, is suck at this

That's why I started out with bagseeds and did all my training not even on them but on clones I took from them!! I found out the hard way how easily they snap but at least it wasn't an expensive-hard way!!

funny story... i REMOVED a fan from the grow cab, and now the girl is extremely perky... leaves shooting straight up.. looking like they love the situation they are in.... previously i had 1 fan blowing are into the tent... one humidifier, one fan blowing air around the tent, and 1 exhaust inline fan

i removed the fan that was blowing air inside the tent.. and the plants seems to respond to that possitively... so i get to save money, and they look happier. thats a true win/win

im going to place a order for the may promo... can anyone recommend a good/decent yielding , potent auto? i think i want to run 6 beans at a time.. perferrably get 1oz per plant

I was researching auto strains for myself... i ordered the first one, the 60 day wonder. I'll be trying the rest of them in the future!

I just finished a Pineapple Chunk grow and it took 62 days of 12/12 I think. This is an extremely stinky plant from beginning to end. But it gets much worse. Especially when it's ready to harvest. I don't have a carbon filter/fan setup, and I was so paranoid at the end. So be prepared for a strong skunky smell. I like this plant alot. It grew easily and was just pretty. Nice and bushy after topping. Took nutes without any issues for me either. The buds and sugar leaves were all coated with visible trichs. It has a very complicated smell when up close. You get a nice sweet fruity smell that is reminiscient of pineapples with a sweet skunky smell thats just lingers in the background, and I mean it lingers. I cannot stress this enough. This plant will get you caught up if you are not careful. I only grew 1 Pineapple Chunk along with 1 Super Lemon Haze and 1 White Widow, but the PC was the source of the main stink! lol! I got almost 2 1/2 ozs off of my PC, and they were mostly rock hard colas too. I have nothing but praise for this strain from my experience. I got mine as a freebie from Attitude. I have read alot of bad reports about this strain, but I like it alot. My PC turned out to be top shelf smoke that all of my friends that have smoked it would pay top dollar for. yea buddy, im expecting some extreme funk.... how is the smell AFTER drying and bagging.. i am looking for something that is extreme stinky..the GHSC strains that i finished, they had very small smell in bag.. i want a change from that..

yah i say this on alot of PC grow journals cuz everyone hates on this strain and it can be amazing. theres a pheno that sucks horribly that people get and grow out then bitch about, but youll see those coming usually and i jus cut em, you want the Cheese pheno, that what it sounds like you got if you have rock hard nugs, thats the pheno that i run, amazing

i started using this cool little thermometer that i got from my gf... its one of those with the plug that u put into the soil... all i can say is "praise Jesus" ... the cord on it is long enough that i dont even have to go anywhere near my tent to check the temp..lol.. my OTHER thermometer is taped to the inside lining of the tent... and to check it, i had to open the tent, and assume that it was reading correct, because it sits above the lights.. and i always assumed that the humidy reading was wrong

this new one gives the temp inside (im assuming the soil) and outside (im assuming the tempt under the lights) so the outside temp is around 84 F.... and since i removed one of the fans.. they seem to be really happy... in my opinion.. happy plants equal more bud.. and i would like as much bud as possible...

the broken stem seems to be completely healed...but im too wary to remove the tape and splint till at least next week... but so far, this plant has been a real good sport... i yea.. the Critical Mass 33 is moving along well now.. its dont its seedling stage and has started on its 3rd node... ill probably top the shit out of this plant... just to see how bushy i can get him... i normally pull 2oz per plant.. im looking to double that.. (aim for the stars) with this run....

i transplanted the Critical Mass 33 outside of its party cup because i noticed some green growth had appeared (the cups were clear) so i transplanted as soon as i noticed it... so im going to give it a few days to adjust to the transplant, then top it.. then give it a week to adjust to the topping, then ill switch the lights to 12/12 sometime after that BECAUSE....

i transplanted it into a larger pot.. but not into the final pots... i dont have enough soil to fill up some 2 gallons pots.. so ill be FORCED into a larger veg.. even tho im so anxious to see this stretch i wanna flip them last week..lol.. o well.. in the mean time... im looking on the tude for my next purchase.

pictures coming tommorow.. i been too drunk to function. i was supposed to go out but got left by my friends.. so i drowned my thoughts in coors light...

anyways.. apparently i spent 60 bucks today and have nothing to show for it... except some ono block and some peat pellets.. no cloning powder, so i tried to make clones the old school way.. and at the same time.. trimmed off the little growth that wasnt going to get anywhere.. double win. now lets just see if the roots take place


i doubled the amount of grow nutes and noticed small signs of nute burn.. so its just going to be water for the week until i transplant the large baby into a huge pot... then ill flower in 2 weeks.. (hopefully ill have a fully rooted clone by then.... the critical mass is doing fine

Critical Mass 33 has a nice fast metabolism. Mine just explodes in veg. Here's a shot of mine at 50 days 12/12:
