why would a person offer the transit authority personal information? voluntarily no less.

NOTHING you post ANYWHERE online is PRIVATE. why doesn't everybody understand this?
I absolutely understand that concept. However, Anon claims to be staging these attacks and protests for the little guy against the big corporations and corruption in government, but every time they do more harm against the little people than anything else. Regardless of the people who willing gave their information making an intelligent decision or not, it doesn't make it right to turn them into victims because of this.

maybe they simply wanted to expose those who support corporations that strip you of your freedoms. if you support BART you support the jamming of cell phones.

telling me i don't live in a "real world" because you feel your problems are worse then mine is not "facts".
umm.. when did I say my problems are worse? First of all, they're not problems. It's just life. Life happens. Calm down Fdd no one is accusing you of anything. Sorry if I hit a nerve.

hit a nerve?

lol

you have zero effect on me.

what in my post would give you any idea otherwise? i put out a statement you came back with a bunch of BS about poor you caring for your dying family. work for a corporations that cares nothing about you. doesn't change my way of life. why would you think i care?

i think when people makes statements such as yours it is a way of deflecting from the truth. accuse me of being "bothered" by something you posted, instead of actually addressing it. ;)

so are you or aren't you capable of being self sufficient?

Yes and I have put in hundreds and hundreds of applications for online work and job applications. The trouble is with my degree and experience I am being told that I am "over-qualified." My second problem is far more personal and involves a family member that needs 24 hour care. I can't just move out of the area. I won't go into detail because no one really gives a shit and it ain't anyone's problem but mine. Let's just say it won't be much longer. In the meantime, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. The loss of my older brother which left his wife (who has MS) behind and his children has put an extra burden on me as well. They live on the property and need all the help they can get. I'm just the little ol' fart that can do that. I wished I lived in yours and Johnny's world where everything is so black and white. Real life is far messier than that. :)

i'm not even gonna bother.

IMO. WTF is government doing getting in between my business as a corporation and another corporation that provides cell service. I HAVE A CONTRACT with said cell service provider. It is Government's JOB ( clearly stated in the Constitution) to enforce contracts. IF government is forcing corporations to break a contract between one legal entity and another, then it has obviously acted unconstitutionally.

Article 1, section 10, clause 1 says:
Constitution for the United States said:
No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.

turns out cell phones were never really "jammed" at all. BART simply turned off 4 of their WiFi towers.

i hear starbucks is starting to limit WiFi services as well.

EMP? Yeah, it only takes a few nukes way up high to destroy almost every electronic thing in the USA.
And their are smaller directional ones like they were using against helicopters in Chechneia- they have made them and they will be installing them so they can disable vehicles

i guess as long as you can get to work and back, while saving a few dollars on gas, it doesn't matter how many people they gun down. and god forbid you're ever late for dinner over someone else's cause. ;)

This nation was inspired by a devotion to freedom. People who created their own Goddess, to mimic (mock) the church's influence. She is the Goddess of Liberty. Her name is Columbia.
She has been the light to the truth. Stand by our true God. Let Freedom, ring!!

Rule 1. Don't respect established religions, speak your mind.
Rule 2. Grab your guns and hold on tight.
