have u used the shot glass method before? Ive done it in paper towels and just planted with good success. can u do many seeds in one glass?

No these are the very first seeds that I'm doing and not gonna do a paper towel because I'm more worried about it drying out
I prob could do all of them in 1 glass

If you add a dash (aprox 10ML per liter) of H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide) to your germinating water it helps dissolve the coating that seeds have to prevent premature germination and they will pop a little quicker. It will also oxygenate the water some and kill any critters lurking in there.
It worked well for me, just be sure to not add too much.

well woke up to get a drink of water and took a look at my 2 Northern Light seeds and one of them cracked open and is showing a tap root:leaf:
