Sensible Seeds has all their stuff.

Customs seizures seem mainly isolated to Chicago and the east coast. You never hear about it out here on the west coast. I've gotten seeds from Sensible Seeds to my mailbox in under a week. That's pretty fast from the UK to Oregon. I watched the tracking on all of my shipments and they sailed through customs in an hour and were in my mailbox the next day. It was a little nerve racking when it was a $1500 order but no problems at all. The freebies and deals they have are extremely generous as well.
I had seeds set in Chicago for two weeks in customs

around 75-100 orders, including strainly private breeders, since 2019. most in the last year and a half. no interceptions. in fact, I've never not received what I've ordered, maybe once. that should say something.

also, I thought the interception days were over. i remember being real worried about those letters back in circa 2006 buying seeds on seedbay...

'Hello Sir/Mam' is this really how Herbies wrote it? Never had any delivery issue with Herbies, last order arrived on the 3rd of november. east cost.

I've also placed at least a hundred orders overseas since the 90s. I've never gotten an opened package or intercept letter. Out of that entire time period, I had 3 get "lost" at Chicago ISC, where the tracking just times out after 3 months or whatever-and all 3 of those have been since the pandemic. I find it so odd that the same person had this happen multiple times in a row, that's just incredibly bad luck, or maybe they are clued in to something that Herbies is doing. I prefer when a bank sends seeds in a normal small envelope, instead of jammed inside a kid's toy in a package. Their are seed packing materials that keep them flat enough, yet still protected, so it just feels like a normal letter or small card. Also, The Attitude has given me endless entertainment over the years with some of their stealth options, once in a while they get super lazy, but other times they go to absurd lengths to make it stealth. I miss getting those stealth packages now that there are so many domestic banks but I still order regularly from Proseeds in the UK, I have some Mulanje Gold making it's way to me right now <says prayer>!!

Tell me more about this Mulanje Gold. I’ve got some Malawi and Bangi Haze seeds by Ace but have yet to grow them. I’m fascinated by these landrace strains but can’t find much about the Mulanje Gold on the interwebs…Pro Seeds has them?

That's really weird, the DEA, in April of 2022, acknowledged that since seeds contain less than .3% THC they fall under the definition of Hemp, and as such are legal (individual states can have different laws). They should be legal as a "novelty" item, though I guess they could fall back and say they will be used to grow an illegal substance. Bummer! I've bought from several overseas suppliers and never had an issue.

It's because they are seeds. Look at what it takes to import seeds into the US.

The Malawi is a 12-15 weeks of flowering kinda girl. You better be in it to win it. It’s worth the wait.

I’ve def got the patience; we’ll see if I’ve got the skills. But tell me, what do you like about the Mulanje? Have you grown it before? I can’t find seeds for it hardly anywhere except super sketch looking sites…

Also, do you have any tips for growing Malawi indoors? Ace recommends flipping to flower after 15 days due to the stretch

i keep seeing this post come up. import and export of hemp is illegal in teh U.S.....saw a comment that suggested otherwise. it's not because 'weed'. it's because 'hemp'. interstate is ok. bummer too, i really want some Big Buddha cheese and their legends gold. i can't find Big Buddha anywhere.
