Beetles?

Anyone know what kind of beetle this is?
I've been killing about 5-10 on the back patio every night for months now.
How do I get rid of them?

Looks to me like a water bug or a Oriental roach, lots of them are in Oklahoma in wet areas as well as many other states.
Recommendations for Oriental Roach Control
  1. Caulk all penetrations through ground level walls.
  2. Stop water leaks, screen equipment overflow drains, and take overflow water away from buildings; keep drain traps full or capped.
  3. Remove rotting leaves from window wells.
  4. Move garbage cans out of preferred moist habitat.
