Best grow tent for budget?

Awesome thank you!! That was the initial plan, keep it outside and duct in. Since I don't have any duct ports on the bottom of the tent would it be OK to just let it flow in through the top? I have an exhaust at the top as well and am worried that it will just pull the cold air out. Should I run some duct down the tent on the inside so the cold air will be more in the middle of the tent and dispersing evenly

Heat rises. So you need to make sure you're not mixing that cold air youre making in with it. As you said, run ducting to the very bottom or buy some duct rings from ebay and cut a hole in the bottom you can just put two pieces on. Something like this:
http://m.ebay.com/itm/Ecoplus-Flange-Kit-6-to-4-Reducer-wall-duct-ducting-6-inch-4-inches-vent-/200866756250?nav=SEARCH

Just buy 2 sets and use the collar pieces on both sides of tent and connect with nuts and bolts. That way you can connet ducting onto both of them and continue your ducting it the tent unless you think having the cold air blowing in from the side will work. I like to duct mine into the middle.

Here I am thinking about cutting in an air conditioner and I don't even think about cutting in my own duct holes hahaha

Remember to have more exhaust than intake. That ac unit will be pushing in some serious air. Use a 6" inline fan with a speed controller on it to make sure you get negative pressure.

That's what I've heard definitely gonna get a speed controller and I have five 6" inch inline fans so I should be okie with exhaust and it's easy to.exhaust to the outside instead of in the same room which I feared I'd have to do

Ya that's always a plus. I vent Inot same room, but my intake is coming in from an ac duct. So I'm alright. But impossible without a carbon filter. Man I love that thing. It's incredible. There is NO SMELL.

since I have an AC now and will be doing something similar to you I could probably vent the hot air in the same.room.too. now thinking about it idk if I'll stink up the neighborhood exhausting outside, if it reaks inside that's completey fine as everyone loves the smell! I gotta little girl going now that's starting to stink and my buds love it haha

Oh dude, you absolutely HAVE to have a carbon filter no matter what you do. It's worth not having people smell it. They will. Buy one. Right now. PHRESH filters in amazon. $80-$300. I'm serious. Do NOT GROW without one
