Big buddha seeds.

I recently bought a pack of 10 big buddha cheesy dick seeds and out of 10 none have germinated. According to their website this is bullshit and not possible well I beg to differ, anyone else had this issue?
P.s. I've ran plenty of their strains in the past and this is the 1st time it's happened.

Where are you located? Is it winter? I was curious myself, it's winter where I am and currently like 20°F
If I placed a seed order I feel like the seeds would get extremely cold...would that potentially affect them?
