I don't think tribal, because I know of white gangs and mexican gangs that would do shit like this and treat it like a game. I think it's more of a pack mentality in general. And like a pack, they usually go after the weak. Of course, as links in this thread prove, they're not always correct when judging who is weak.

I just asked my girl. "hey, wasn't Columbus a douche? She confirmed he was. Now she's walking around the house talking to me about whatever dick moves he pulled, but I blocked it out after "yes". Hope this helps.

I would have to chalk that up to an amazingly lucky random event, like if a bunch of money fell off of an armored truck and you were the only car around for miles.

I would say no good on two counts.
1) How would the assailant know?
2) Once he's done his time, I'll give him the benefit of presuming he's learned something.
 
Its a dumb ass "game" played but people so fucking stupid they can't come up with something constructive to do with their life.
