You can get to trailheads in White Mts pretty quick from there, or be at the ocean or go to VT/ME/MA in less than an hr.
Kancamagus Hwy, Crawford Notch Rd and Sandwich Notch Rd (gravel) all cut across White Mts, good access to trails and very photogenic.

Currier Museum in Manchester NH and Peabody Essex Museum in Salem MA are worth the trip also, from old masters to picasso.
Portsmouth NH and Portland ME on the coast are great to eat, drink, walk around. Burlington VT is another nice day trip for food and beer.
Me and the wife just went to Franconia last fall. Very nice hiking. Went all over the white mountains, saw a bunch of waterfalls. One trail had 5. Everyone stopped at the first one, we had a great time at #5 ;)

It's not raining this morning but still cloudy and and 47. Don't see any green on the radar either.
Son got one of the fence panels taken apart and the lean to that covered my recycling retrieved from the neighbors yard. I don't think she has even noticed that it is down. Got some recommendations for a crew to repair it and heard back from the insurance company, they will be calling soon.
Mornin.
