Man, I have the exact wrong height torso to do the hip thrust exercise. None of my chairs, nor my couch are short enough. Glute bridges are some inferior trash, but I guess I will have to go that route until I feel like buying a height adjustable bench. Being a short lady in the workout world can be annoying, lol.
Today was butt and chest day. Tomorrow is my least favorite thing ever. Planks. Uggghhhhhh
