Why is my tap water so low in ppm? This is a brand new pen so I know it’s not the pen and I have cleaned it and calibrated it?

Your ok . I’d use EC or 500 scale though if in US

Do you have any filtration in the water system of your house

No filtration just right out the tap. Also I’m deff gunna use ec just couldn’t get a reading on 500 ppm or ec. Now if I warm my tap water a bit to about 90 it reads at .1 ec

My tap water is under 20ppm.

man, I could only wish. My well water is over 700ppm. Filling 5 gal buckets with RO water every day is a major pain in the ass.
