http://bonzaseeds.com/ correct? Just making sure I wasn't duped. I havent heard back from bonza yet, which im surprised because they usually respond in minutes. I can understand the cracked seeds, mail men handling the shit rough, but what I think is inexcusable is white immature seeds that have no way to germinate, out of like 10 seeds (or maybe 9?) I had one germ, shes a beauty right now. I bought seeds from herbies, and 5/5 germ'd no problem. I hope we can work something out, but if not, I don't really care, a loss of reputation for them and an unhappy customer. Bonza, i'd strongly recommend bubble wrap in your stealth to prevent seed damage. Your stealth is A++ but the quality of the seeds from the companies of seeds I bought from would be an F in my book. Like I said, I don't know if its you guys, or the supplier, but whatever it is, sucks majorly. As I stated before, and read other peoples comments, it seems I am unlucky; and Bonzaseeds in my opinion isnt bad, I'd recommend them after all the great reviews I read up, but it's just not my cup of tea. Good deal I'm kind of worried my order has been in isc Chicago for like 5 days with no update I'm not far from Chicago so I'm hoping today they show up!!! First order if all goes well will def be plenty more to come so far I've messages them with many question and been answered within 10 hrs pretty superb as far as customer service goes!! Fingered crossed!!

Tracking is bonk. The day they got to my house they were still in Chicago as far as tracking was concerned.

No show today!! But it just updated!! How weird it's been prossed and being shipped to destination!! Hope it's green tape free and were good to go!! It was there for like 4 or 5 days so kinda worried but with last Monday being holidays all hoping it's all good!!

Well tracking is working beans are being delivered this morning i really hope I don't just get an expensive shirt lol but I got garunteed so I'm hoping all is cool!!! I'll post update!

Damn dude, that sucks. I got my 5 beans, one was cracked 4 were good, they germ'd. Hopefully you worked something out. I was pleased, except for the crushed bean. They should really use bubble wrap or something.
Got my beans from Bonza delivered to Melbourne today, stealth was good, all 34 seeds (ten strains) arrived in good condition individually bagged with each strain labelled. Was hoping for a few freebies as I had spent almost $400 with them. took about 2 weeks from placing order to final delivery.

Bonza is good but they are not the place to shop if you want freebies. Try Original Sensible Seed or Herbies if you want so real nice freebies and great stealth.

It's been 10 days since bonza has 'shipped' my seeds. . Starting to have doubts that they are going to come, I live in south eastern Arizona. This is the first time I've ever ordered seeds off of the internet and probably the last because of the experience. $50 down the drain and seeds to show for it. Anyone know a website that can ship to Arizona and that can almost guarantee the arrival?? I know it's impossible to guarantee the arrival but anything close to that is good to me.. thanks for the help

Well Bonza-I must thank you,for I received an email in my inbox about an hour after posting this thread stating-my issue was solved.its my first time dealing with you guys and hopefully it was because of you being extremely busy.like previously stated: Bonza Seed selections are great,prices are reasonable,and mix and match feature is a nice bonus

Well at least one person gets there problems resolved. My order # is 30834 Bonzaseeds.com can you please help me ouy with my question. did my beans get shipped? When can I expect them? Why is it taking so long? And is there any such thing as customer service with your company?

First off it's shipped over seas, second it must pass through customs. You should stick to bagseed from here on out.

I understand that it has to go through customs. But bonza has a warehouse in mexico... why must it be shipped overseas when mexico is a 2 hour drive from my house? Even if it was overseas I order shit from other countries all the time and they never take this long to arrive and the companies I ordee from actually ANSWER me when I have questions no some guy that thinks he knows what he's talking about

gbpackers - Your order shipped on the 15/03/14. If you supplied the correct email address you will have received an automated system message alerting to you this. If you didn't then you won't get that email or it's in your spam folder perhaps. We do NOT have a warehouse in Mexico, mis amigo!

So is Spankys monkey the big bad bulldog for Bonza? What gives? You weren't loved enough as a kid? Your rabbit died? If you are going to represent Bonza maybe you should try being a little nicer. Just because your online and in a forum doesn't mean you have to show your dick side. Honestly I just don't understand why you are so aggressive towards someone who has an issue that is contradictory to you.

Spanky's Monkey does not represent Bonza Seedbank. I'm not sure he's really even defended us, Bellas, to be fair. He's offered a pretty good explanation of why it takes the time it takes to receive an International Delivery. I think his comment is entirely accurate and reasonable. As far as being aggressive goes....the pot calling the kettle black!

So, if you don't want to wait on a shippment from overseas that passes through U.S. Customs. Stick to bagseed. If you are scared to lose the money to customs, bad seeds, theft...etc. Stick to bagseed. If you want a fair price and good genes by all means do shop around online. I have yet to defend Bonza although yes I do highly recommend them as a seed supplier. Nothing wrong with that I think. I got great service and a few great beans that I'm growing out now.
