Bonzaseeds Experience

I recently ordered from bonza and here is my experience. I took advantage of their green Friday 42% off sale to place my very first seed order ever. I placed the order about 9pm on Sept 24 which would be 2am on the 25th British time. I ordered a total of $168 after the discount and I choose stealth shipping with tracking. By noon Friday (my time) my order changed from "awaiting fulfillment" to "awaiting shipment". This next part gets a bit odd. My order sat status unchanged from sept 25th until oct 1 before it was finally marked as shipped, but once shipped it arrived promptly on Oct 5th. What I didn't like was their tracking setup. It was two days after the package was sent before the tracking even began showing me status updates and the site that they use for tracking just flat out sucks. What also sucks is their stealth shipping. Had customs decided to open the package there is no way they would have failed to find my seeds. I won't mention what they send the seeds in but all they did was rip open the package and stuff that stupid seedpod behind it. They didn't even bother to tape the package shut again!! Cmon tape is cheap and would be much less obvious. Out of 28 seeds ordered three do not look viable as they appear to be no more than white husks. And for what it's worth I did not receive any free seeds. In fairness I do not know that free seeds were supposed to be included since I did get 42% off, but from what I read other banks always include free seeds even when a discount is used. Overal I would give them a 6 out of 10. Points deducted for the large gap between fulfillment and shipment, the sloppy way in which the seeds were packaged, and the fact that all seeds do not appear viable. Also a word of caution to any one that does order from bonza, be very careful opening the seedpod! It works but isn't the best design. Open it slowly and carefully and make sure you have a way to catch any seeds that pop out. If you're gentle enough you can open it without spilling or mixing up the seeds. In closing yes I would use bonza again but likely only if they have another big sale.

Hey ShyGuru - There were no free seed offers during the 42% promotion because of the scale of the discount. It seems a little unreasonable to me that you would think there would be free seeds on top of a promotion of that magnitude and at no point during the promo times were there any assets on site suggesting that there were also free seeds.

Your shipment will have arrived in a fully sealed shrink wrap box so I don't really understand what you mean when you reference "tape". We are not in the habit of sealing shipments with sellotape or similar. Our shipments are sent professionally sealed.

I sense you are not a fan of the seedpod however this was designed and is used specifically because it protects against crushing and is innocuous looking enough that it does not look out of place or draw attention to it. I think the fact that you're posting having received the shipment is testament enough personally. When I look at what our competition does I'm afraid there is no comparison at all in the levels of professionalism.

Still, you're entitled to your opinion and welcome to voice it of course but I find the post a little distasteful given the discount you received and the fact that you are in possession of your product. I cannot comment on the seeds you suggest are non-viable but have you spoken to our support team in that regards?

I ordered on their last 42% offer and can say I received my beans with no problem at all. I had never ordered before with them as I had read some negative stuff (and a lot of good stuff also to be fair) but figured the offer was to cool to not try.

Happy to say the shipment arrived quickly and I thought the seed container was quite cool. I only ever saw baggies previously from other banks so was glad their was some instructions on how to use it.

All in all, no complaints here at all.

Ive always found bonza to be straight talking, no bullshitting seed company. i'm not here to suck or whatever but i order beans, they send beans and when i needed to speak to them there was some body avalable on live chats. they pretty good in my opinon.

They have a bis sale no starting on the 19th of Oct to the 24th of Oct - one gets 14 free seeds if spend 40 euros - some very good breeders are listed. There are mixed reviews about Bonza Seeds - would you order from them ? Their prom sounds great if you can get your order

@thebonzaseedbank you find it distasteful that I gave you a fair and honest review? I don't know if you noticed but I did NOT deduct any points for not receiving freebies as I didn't expect any. Yes my seeds arrived but in this day and age, and with all the competition in this field, that is the bare minimum of what I would expect. I'm very thankful that they arrived and that I didn't have to use the insurance I purchased. But with that being said I did not receive a fully shirk wrapped package. The "item" that was sent to me looks to have been opened and never resealed. The outer packaging showed no signs of being tampered with or having been opened so I have to assume the fault lays with you. And yes I received my seeds but 3 out of 28 look to be nonviable. I would blame the breeder had they came in sealed breeder packs but they didn't. Your people sorted those seeds and thus the blame for that as well lies with you. And even you didn't deny your tracking system sucks. That could be partly the post offices fault but you choose the tracking system used. I would have loved to have given you a 10 but for that to have happened everything would have had to have been perfect, which it wasn't. And no I did not contact your customer service to complain about the three potentionally nonviable seeds. I wasn't looking for any replacements or freebies only to give my appraisal of your services so others would know what to expect. Also on a more personal note i would suggest in the future you take these reviews as an opportunity to improve instead of looking to pick them apart. I was not looking to attack you or your company. Should you wish to contact me with any specific questions regarding my shipment in order to improve your service I would be more than happy to help in any way I can.

Bonzaseeds Review OCTOBER 20, 2015

OVERALL: 9/10

PRICE: 8/10 - I appreciate the free extra good quality seed. Buddha Kush OG. Averaged $7 a seed including the free one. I did not opt to pay for any extras like insurance or stealth or whatever. The package arrived absolutely expertly stealth packed. Brought a tear to my eye. It was inspiring. It came nonetheless. So if you've got a small order, skip the extras. Buy insurance only for large orders.

Selection: 9/10 - The reason I chose Bonzaseeds. I was specifically looking for plants with high yield, high THC % (20+), and the shortest growing time. Might've knocked it out of the park here but we'll see how the season goes.

Stealth - Again, 10/10. I did not buy any extras like tracking/stealth/resends. Got the seeds in a round disc. Be very very delicate or you may mix up the seeds.

Speed - 9/10. It took 11 days to get to Florida.

Bonza & midweek the new front runners

Just placed my order hopefully I'll be able to get in on the 14 free seeds. Because I'm really wanting the Pineapple Chunk lol

I ordered a small quantity from them. I used buccaneer stealth with tracking. The seeds arrived here in US in 13 days. I was very pleased. He only negative is that when I tried to track my shipment, "Aftership" always said it was waiting for information from them on shipping. So basically, I could NOT track them. Fortunately, I didn't have any problems to need to track it since they did arrive quickly!

The last order I received from Bonza Seedbank was meant to be "6 x Joint Doctor's Lowryder Easy Ryder Auto", but that's not what I received. Growing 2 at a time. The first 2 were different plants but both short. The second 2, after 8 weeks 1 is short ready harvest, but the other is about a metre tall and showing no sign of budding. I sent an email with photos attach, with "please explain", but have had no reply. That was a week ago. Since then I have sent 7 emails to the Bonza Seedbank Support Centre, and 4 so called ticket, and still have had no replies. My biggest problem is that I have ordered another 5 of the same seeds (ordered while these 2 where still in grow stage so didn't know), but what am I going to receive. I have asked if these have already been sent, as I'd like to change them, but no reply. They won't even give me a tracking number, so I'm starting to seriously think I have been ripped off.

Maybe Lily is sick or is on holiday or been fired and no one there knows had to respond to emails.

I've got mine started. Unfortunately only 3 of 7 broke ground and are holding steong. I don't find that to be a very good percentage. And, YES, I did follow the recommended protocol for germinating them. Not cool considering $10 seeds are basically $20 seeds now, sorry if I'm picky

Hell yeah. Just got my order today. Live chat was great through the order process and I just waited after it. Knew it could be a month.

That is some stealth shit you got going on there Bonza. I thought my wife had ordered junk from ebay again. The opened package was sitting on my kitchen bench for 2 days before I clicked as to what it was. Sealed and all. First order I've been able to get through customs.

10/10 all round for me. Great service. Bonus seeds are like wtf how am I gonna grow all this shit. Not complaining about that one iota mind you. Thank @bubblenut for the ref

Forgot to add, I don't know if you purposely meant to add the irony in the disguise, either way it was damn brilliant... lol
