just better quality in my opinion....the flavor is better and the blunts don't taste whack like a lot of the other ones when you are rollin them

I was just wondering about the legality of blunt wraps yesterday. Why aren't they called cigar wraps? Pretty much everyone agrees that blunts are for weed. The same reason we have "cigarette" papers and not "joint" papers.

well... phillies are called blunts, not cigars. what they are called shouldn't matter..... but that's jus my opinion.

legal technicalities. That's why many head shops won't let you call bongs bongs, and make you call them "water pipes." Why? Because a bong is for illegal drug use, but a water pipe is for tobacco use.
