the straggler is lookin done fer, rip blaze one for him/her... but that leaves 19 pretty healthy lookin string beans. hopefully i didnt traumatize em too bad by making them stretch. a couple leaves look brown where the shell was before it fell off (or someone gave them a TINY tap off, wasnt me i swear!). i saw what appeared to be white spotting on a few of the leaves, but i was pretty sure it was plaster dust that had drifted over from where i was screwing hooks in the ceiling for the 4ft flo(im changing my setup; veg will now be in the shower in the bathroom with the seedlings, the closet i was going to veg in will be the flower room) so i just gave the leaves a light spray and it was gone. still havent really watered a few cause theyre soaked from the other day... been around 77*/30%... was thinking about waiting another week, then moving the plants into 1L growbags instead of rigid plastic pots it will suit my shower setup better i think. but that would be in a week or so, so i still have time to figure it out. heres a shot of the slim jims

Yea dude them shits are stretched pretty bad. Lower them lights light grandpa said....and get a fan ventilation is important. And for the love of god.....DONT overwater your plants! It is sooo much easier to UNderwater your plants and be ok than it is to be OVerwatered and be ok.

Looking way better man.... The patience thing is a bitch, I know :)

How do you water? I use a turkey baster, very easy to control amount and flow of water.

If I could get my grow room warmer _ it's winter here _ I'd use clay pots. They are the only thing that I know which helps keep the evaporated salts and minerals away from the roots by wicking them into the clay pot itself.

i have one of those pump sprayers, keep hearing about basters gonna pick one up. i think ive got the watering pretty good, must be all the acid ive done i swear i can communicate with the plant and look inside the soil and sense how much it needs. maybe. probably ive just done too much acid, you tell me. the patience is easy, but since there is a lot of time with nothing to do i overanalyze and want to fix every little thing, so i guess im patient but paranoid... gotta let the Tao do its thing...

think i should be prepared to tie these gangly gumpers up with string? i keep looking at em and laughing like its a super tall gumpy kid... lol... o shit wait that was me in middle school...damn...anyways yeah its winter here 2 one state north of U grandpa so no clay pots for me either... but i think with the crammed shower veg setup (fullsize bathtup with sliding doors, covered with panda, the 4ft fixture hanging down it fits perfectly) the bags will be better anyways. i liked your idea of having clear containers so i can see water and roots, next time... also absolutely loved the toilet rig, total McGuyver style, but way cooler and smarter.

Acid?

Be still my heart.

Once took a hit of window pane and taped it to my forehead and then went and tried to play a game of baseball.... Everything was kewl for the first 1/2 hour. When I saw the local water tower doing a tap dance on top of the trees... :)

i wouldnt worry about the stretch thing. ive planted different plants under fluro when its four fingers away from the babies and some came out streatchy like urs and some came out regular. and ive also done it with the fluro two feet away with the same results so i think there are alot of variables to consider that i dont even know about...... or i could juss be really faded haha. but i wish the best of luck to you and i will definetly be watching these babies grow..... juss think about when ur getting ready to smoke em AAAHHHH!!!!!

about day 10, i aired the room out a bunch...i know that did some good. with the new setup, the temp has climbed a bit to 80-85F, with hum. ~20%. I was thinking about a cheap cool mist humidifier, drop thetemp alittle and raise the humdity. anyone else use one of these? here's a pic, only a slight growth spurt in the last 2 days. peace:joint:

plant is growing, marshaling it's energy thru it's roots to support the next growth spurt. ph is uber critical _ allows the roots to more easily do their job.

I don't see anything wrong, embryonic leaves are nice and green, not wilting. Soil looks not over watered.

Good job

- Holy shit, they sell belladonna seeds. I smoked that shit once and I know why it is a poison. Took one hit, when I exhaled everything was kewl. When I took in a breath of fresh air, I fell over, couldn't move a muscle, my mind was working and thought I was gonna die. Lasted 15 minutes, and to this day, my opinion is "Fuck that shit". No where near as good as a good phatty of some kush.

yea belladona is what the witches used to drink to 'fly' i heard soemthing like that.... but they have some less dangerous (as long as the dose is right, which is basically SMALL VERY FUCKING SMALL...go ahead and think u have control over a psychedellic, pop a massive dose and find yourself jumping on a cop car in your underwear outside your house and getting tazed and waking up in the hospital. yeah im serious not one of my high points, anyways...careful!!!)

as for the good stuff.... (yes a phatty is BOSS of all shamanic helpers)after a very rough/strange/FUCKED UP night/morning, the plants are not in tip top shape. heres a couple of pics

limp, tried to tie it up but i think its a goner...

this one down here just shriveled up a kinda wilted. much love soldier, thank's for playing! we'll see if he/she pops her head up at all.

got everything stablized, but because of the trauma, im thinking about transplanting these into plastic cups with soil for the next week or two, before moving them to ~1 or 2g grow bags. want to do this to start next batch of seeds now that i know how to germinate them. I have 5 feminized white rhino and 5 widow, also ordered through Mandala, along with 20 more satori i think, of which i will plant 10, and leave the last 10 for another batch in a couple of weeks. since this is my first grow and im not trying to get too outrageous, my plan is to have at least one good mother of each 4 strains, satori, hashberry, white widow and white rhino, within a couple of months, from which point i can get a good perpetual 4 strain harvest up. thats the plan anyways. later ill post pics of the transplanting and the new seeds going down. :joint:

i dont know how stupid what ive just done is. being as absolutely careful as we could with the roots (using two spoons) we trasnplanted each viable seedling into a plastic cup that i cut holes into. this leaves 17 total, 8 satori and 9 hashberry. gave them mostly new soil with a fresh pH balanced Fiji watering. temp/humid. stable at 78 and 30%, looking good so far. tomorrow gonna clean up the old seed space and start a new round. stay tuned the next few days to see if they survived the emergency and how they're doing, as well as the new, more efficient, more feng shui setup i plan on implementing. much love all you guys, the rollitup digital tribe

woke up this AM and the fan cord had fallen out, leaving the tray at around 94F!!!!!! i immediately plugged it back in, taped it up to prevent a future reoccurance, and misted the tops of the plants. on one or two i noticed some possible SLIGHT yellow discoloration, maybe from the heat im thinking, and another one seems kinda droopy....but lets keep saying prayers and see what happens as time goes on. seeds going down as soon as a prepare the germination spot. peace!:joint:
