Most of the uninsured are not the poor. MOST of the uninsured make too much to be on medicaid. Their priorities are wrong. They have a car note, but not health insurance... they have a home and cell bill with a LOT of minutes, and not health insurance...

If you can get a doctor to demonstrate that you have ANY of the following you automatically qualify for OMIP
