Broke my shoulder had MRI, need help with EASYRYDER NUTES

I cannot type on computer or focus well.
I have 3 AF EasyRyders and bottom leafs starting to yellow.

I have SuperThrive
Jacks 20-20-20
Botanicare Pro Bloom 1-4-5
"""""""""""" Liquid Karma 0.1-0.1-0.5

I am confused...I dont want to burn them (They are all flowering at 30 days HPS)
I have done photoperiods before, this is my 1st AF.
I tried PM to stoner.barbie...but I couldn't do it.

I know to start really low on the nutes etc...

But I am in pain and can't research or read AF thread now.
Please help me with nutes...I am so bummed and in pain. I HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY NUTES Yet. They are in FFOF

But the 20-20 20 is the only nute that has a sizable amount of Nitrogen

I grow autos in my veg room under HPS, and full nutes like any other plant. I always heard about using little nutes with autos but they seem to love nutes as much as any other. I used advanced nutes at 900ppm.

This is MI 5 auto
