Bud coming out of leaf stem (w\pic)

Interesting....never seen that before. Seen a bud grow on a stem...but never on the leaf.

It is a trait that surfaces from an Old World Variety known as Chinensis .

    do you mean chinese? the only reference to chinensis I am aware of in the botany world refers to those plant species originating in china.

I've seen this happen on an LA Woman and another mystery strain of a friends, but my personal theory is that it only happens when everything gets dialled in right on the grow. My LA Woman did this a few times I ran her but then I had some problems with the mother and the trait disappeared. The only person I've ever seen discuss this is subcool so it is odd you grow in supersoil.

1-3" finger buds grew out of the stem at the base of main stalk fan leaves only, beginning at the 8th node all the way up

Hermie, worthless bud, should have been culled, the plant was quite grotesque and the appearance of it and the sight of the deformity made others who saw it feel slightly unsettled.

Pool cleaning makes me feel good
