you should see little buds starting to really form in about 2 weeks but they don't really start packing on weight until the 5th or 6th week

first 2 to 3 weeks she should stretch and slowly grow out the bud sites. they should be pretty well formed in the 3rd week and continue from there. also, pre harvest they should pack on a good deal of mass as she attempts he rlast ditch effort to reproduce before her timely death
It depends some on how mature the plant is as well. I had one that I vegged for over 2 months (showing pre-flowers) that had buds starting in 2 or 3 days. I have another I've been vegging for over 3 months that's been showing pre-flowers for quite a while (pic below).

ok im using cfl's about three daylight and three soft white im growing in in two 40 gal rubbermaid containers stacked up the daylights are 26w an soft white are 25w and my plant is starting to look like the on delerious has posted thier is white hairs every were now....
