Bugs?

I'm having the exact same problem. No sign of any bugs though. Only affecting one leaf

looks like a bit of deff..... maybe mag. If there are micro nute deff there will be some unexplained leaf issues, holes, cut leaf tips, spots and so on... try a light dose of epsom salts.... 1-2 teaspoons per gallon

I talked to the worker at my local supply shop. Explained the holes in my plants which is identical to your picture. He said that if there is no browning around the hole and its only affecting one leaf it is a bug. My holes are green around the edges as yours appear. I have spent some serious time looking for anything that would munch on my ladies and can't see anyting!
