You could do it when they are ready for another watering. Since they are still somewhat small keep a humidity dome on them the first few days.

So I transplanted the 4 that seemed the biggest into bigger pots today, it was difficult as the pots werent great and there wasnt much root, 2 of them flopped onto their roots and were exposed but I mounted some soil around them to prop them up. [Will they be ok or think they had it?] The biggest of the plants has begun to droop and wilt a bit, It still looks fairly healthy but am worried about the wilting leaves.. over watering? Stress from transplant & new housing? Just normal? im unsure, im hoping they are all still ok (fingers crossed) anyone got any tips on what to do next?

I found some miracle grow in the shed and have mixed it with water and some proper stinky tomato feed oil and left it distilling in the wardrobe, unsure if it this is wise to use at this stage but i guess trial and error is part of the game, heh If anyones got any suggestions or tips would love to hear em :)

Heres lots of piccys for ya taken bout 2 mins ago o_0

They are probably overwatered. You should try and keep things simple man, just stay with what you got or you will kill your plants if you continue to try things. Don't water them or mist them till the soil is dry. Then just let them grow

All ive done is mist them when the soil dried up added a bit extra when transplanting will lay off the watering for a while, i think your right, im too eager to do things o_0

Yeah, I feel you. You want to do all you can to help them grow faster, but all you have to do is sit back and watch them and wait, they will grow and tell you when they need something.

Alrite mate , just seen your grow and iv read the whole thing :D i like the idea , lots of good weed on a budget . What strain is it you're growing or is it just bagseed ?

Im from the UK too so i think i can help with a few things, First i have a couple threads with a lot of useful things like 300w CFL's for instance that cost £30 or so from Basement Lighting & Hydroponics .

Have a look im sure ul find some things in there that you will find useful i have one Wardrobe Grow and one Cabinet Grow they have long since closed but the info and methods are still there :weed: and the successful outcomes !

I'm not tryin to spam your thread, just spreadin the love :peace:

also look into getting some better nutes Miracle grow on babies usually ends badly ...

Hey, its white widow and 1 strain of white domina, this is basically my test run 6 seeds 5 of which are left as i somehow managed to take the head off one of them. I realise that im missing a good few things for a 'proper grow' but the point is to start with the basics and work my way up trial and error stylee improving on the way.

Havent used the miracle grow/tomato oil on the plants yet just used some of this fish bone and blood powder along with the soil intend to use the miracle grow tomato oil solution later on maybe in 2-3 weeks just gonna wait it out for a while like gumball said and watch them closely (as im still sorta sure i killed them somehow transplanting them.

Guess only time will tell o_0

Hey guys, I been away the last few days so havent been able to observe them as constantly as I should have, things have deteroiated to a point i need to ask for some advice.. 3 outta 5 look ok to me but 2 of them are looking rather unhealthy and one of them looks like its given up the good fight. Any ideas on what could cause this ? or what could be done to rectify it/ prevent it in the future?

Thankenu :)

Well for one I would take those domes off the....I only keep the domes on until the get their first true leaves...Possibly feeding to heavily...try taking off domes and only ph'd water for a few and see how they do
P1000108.jpg This is my Bubblelicious sprouted on 12/1...she has been dome free for a week now

i would say you fed them to soon. they dont look to over or under watered, but it is hard to tell because of the burnt edges.

Okies have taken all the domes off had them off on the one that has got the worst and when i returned it looked worse so thought i better stick it back on. I gotta be honest during transplant and through other 'mishaps' ive caused them a fair amount of stress which understandably is going to have consequences question is whether they will live through it?

I dont know much about growing but its a weed right? it should strive on despite the worst :P

Oh could the burning edges be caused by being too close to my 300w bulb? I mean there isnt alot of heat off it but there is a fair amount.. also could be the type of soil I used along with the fish bones and oil shizzle, Do you think I should start over? Or could they pull through?

well back the light away some and hope for the best... water them only when needed, and only till you see a slight run off. when you have the fish bones and oil shizzle in there then every time you water you release fertilizers. the more water poured on the more fertilizers that are released.

Hey Guys, Update on progress..

Woke up this morning and another plant was beginning to wilt so in an attempt to rescue them i flushed out all the soil that was in the pot and made some new soil from the potting disks and stuck the two unhealthy ones in the new pot (swanky i know) with the new soil to see if it can spring them back into life. The two ones at the back seem to be ok apart from some slight wilting on the bigger one but i think it might pass through. After flushing out the older soil i decided it had to go somewhere so gave the small one a new set of soil to see if had any marked improvement I guess you could call it an experiement to see if i was sucessful at flushing it :S (think im clutching at straws)

I hope the 2 bad ones revive themselves in their new home .. only time will tell heh

The others seem to be doing ok..

So far I've had 6 seeds planted killed one and 5 are still alive even if two are somewhat delapidated, Im suprised i've even got this far hehe ^_^

i would just keep the soil ph at a nice level and water as needed as gumball says. your baby plant has all the nutes it needs to get going in fact i wait for a slight yellowing on lower leaves before the first feeding.still watching :D

Just out of curiosity Smil3y, what are the temps in that cabinet. I am currently having some heat issues in my cabinet and cannot seem to get them down. AND... my issues are just with cfl's?

Tbh mate i've no idea the temps in there, still awaiting some funding to get the rest of my needed equipment.
