burned new growth

okay ill post pics tomorrow but i think i can pretty accurately describe whats happening.

new growth has yellow/brownish burnt tips, and newest growth tip is looking whiteish.

this plant i transplanted and ended up losing half its roots. my bad.

it was my strongest before, i dont think i over fertilized because i have 3 plants under the EXACT same feedding schedule, and all are doing fine but this one, this was also my strongest plant, and only feminized seed.

Can this be signs of transplant shock/ the root damage?

what can this be? and how can i fix it??

pH between 6.2-7

i always water with pH'd water around 6.2-6.8 and i have dolomite lime in soil.
feeding 1/6 recommended dose.

any ideas??

If you look close at the 2nd newest growth shoot, the tips are brownish, kinda hard to see.

well i read and determined, that with the twisted growth, + new growth burning at the tips andthe whiteish appearnce, that i have a boron definecy. how many visine eyedrops per gallon of water for foliar feed do i use???

EDIT: since i damaged the rootball during transplant i think im gonna wait and see if it recovers as i think thats the main culprit. any ideas how long it will be in this shock?!?

today i got some all purpose fert 20-20-20 with all micronutes. including boron and coppeer. im gonna foliar feed and see what happens and the burnt growth on tips is starting from top to bottom. i know it aint over fert and its most likely Boron, possibly copper though deficiencies are rare.

What type of lights and how close. Also, if it was your only fem seed you must be growing different types? Maybe genetic?

T12 2-40 watt fluoro im using it was like 1/2" away from tops, i thought maybe it was burn from lights. but i doubt it. there at like 2" away now.

the burn on tips started from top and is working down so i know its not nute burn. not to mention i use 1/6 recommended dose.

I just read my pH and its in low 6's like 6-6.2 is that maybe the cause??

would adding dolomite lime to water help bring it up a bit? i have dolomite in my soil aswell but it doesnt seem to be working properly or i didnt put enough. i put more ontop of the soil today which i doubt will do much but maybe after a few waterings itll work its way in.

So if you didnt read all that above my only question i got is...

If i add dolomite lime to my water, will it help bring pH up a bit??

i got pH down but no money for some pH up right now, once i get it ill be set but i need something to use for the next week. im dropping all my extra cash on a 400watt HPS tomorrow.

if it did touch the light it would have had to stay there awhile before burning but it can happen. ph is a little low should be 6.4-6.8...View attachment 1278337

and you can use baking soda to raise ph but test in plain water first to get her on the money...i use vinegar to lower mine...hope this helps you man. i don't think it is too bad yet. most likely root stress...from the transplant!
