lol, yah, i pretty much hang out on the couch all day, get up after jeopardy is over and go out and water the garden for a bit.. run back into the ac and back online again... pretty much hang out on here and a few other forums all day while semi watching the tele.. god damn tv sucks, and it's really bad when nothing good is going on in the online drama world to entertain me..
i've been laid off since feb, but i don't think that they are going to hire me back since they found a bag of bud in the lunch room on the floor about two or three weeks before i was laid off too, lol..
and damn, did they ever try and pin that shit on me so damn hard it wasn't even funny... had people watching all of the video camera footage all hard and all.. i even heard that they took still photo's of me from the camera's and showed them to my one boss, who happens to be about as big of a pothead as i am, lol, and asked him if it was me in the pix and all.. what if it was, it was just a picture of me clocking back in, but damn, did they try and find footage of it coming from my person...
they did get rid of pretty much my whole dpt, but i still don't think that they'd be bringing me back anytime soon.. the thing that pisses me off is that like half the people in the place smoked, but they like to pretend that i was the only head there... when i got hired back before, i was told by this new boss that i was classified as a hip hop kind of guy, and i was like wtf does that even mean? lol, people are crazy..

Wait, so was it a park ranger or a cop? If it was a park ranger then tell him to fuck off, but good to be straight up if it was a cop. At least walk around and smoke so you can enjoy the park, roll a joint and get some exercise, you can always throw the joint away if that happens.
On another note, I wish I had a drug house to smoke bowls in the kitchen of around here, all I have is a friends house with endless weed and *knock on wood* a safe couch to smoke on.

Well the first house belonged to a friend of a friend. I just met him and he was really chill, he used to sell Coke but then got busted. He had 10 grams of Coke but because it wasn't cooked yet he only ended up doing 4 months. When we were with him we wanted to get a bag so he took us over to what we call a "Trap house" or others may call a drug house. I talked to the guy that ran it for a lil bit mad chill, he sold us 5.5gs of reggie for $20.

And you're telling us that your boy only got 4 months because he hadn't cooked his coke yet? That doesn't make any sense, cocaine no matter what form it is, is a schedule 2 drug. You don't get a lighter sentence because it's powder cocaine.

The sentences for crack are a lot worse then powder thats why they say it was made to get rid of black people.I think it was something like if you get caught selling a half a kilo of powder you get a mandatory 5 but with 10 grams of hard its mandatory 10.I think you would get a lot more for a half a block though.
I remember obama said hes gonna make the sentences equal in the future.

Crazy I've seen a few people get busted in my area and the sentence was the same for powder or rock form. Didn't know it was different for some.
edit: maybe it was because it wasn't a federal charge?

i've heard the same sentencing outlines for powder vs rocked up coke.. never really made much sense to me since one can easily just buy powdered coke and take it home and cook it up themselves, not that i'd ever condone such a thing, lol...
it's not like they are any different, it's pretty much the same compound, only one has some baking soda in it and the other one doesn't...
that's like saying that weed would get you one sentence, and hash would get you double that pretty much since hash comes from bud, and one could take bud and make some hash out of it too..
i hate to think this way, but it does honestly sound pretty racist to give crack such a tougher sentence knowing that crack is a more ghetto drug and coke used to be associated with a lot of rich white folk..

Here is why and the guy explained it to me : When you have powder and get busted, you can pass it off as "Personal use" now Coke is a crime however when it is noted as Personal use it recognizes right there that you aren't a dealer. However once it is cooked it immediately is intent to sell.
