ButchyBoys Room-0-Death

Well the name of the room fit's!!! I lost the last two clones I had cut. I tried letting them sit in seaweed water for a few days and all it did was destroy the stem (turned it to mush). Oh well!!! I am slowly finishing up what I have going. I have 5 in flower, 1 in veg and 2 clones. My cooling system is not keeping up this summer so the room sits around 95-105 degrees during the day. So far the humidity has not gone over 45% so I still do not have any PM... Yet!!!

Our vacation got canceled so the drip system has been put away and I am back to watering by hand. The wife commutes just shy of 60 miles one way every day to get to work at the cost of $650 per month in gasoline ( we live in a small farming town and she works in the big city ). We have decided to look for another house closer to her work. We have been looking at foreclosures because the prices are freaking great and I have a background in remodel work. This house WILL have a room inside for my grow!!! Some where that I can control the environment easier. Waiting for the bank to get back with us is driving me nuts!!!!

Wholly Cow it's been awhile!!! Found a 5 bed 4 bath 3000 sq foot 2 story house with a full finished basement close to the wife's work that has the perfect room for my operation!!!! Super clean basement area that is currently a man cave!! I am stoked!!!! No more dealing with hot summers and cold winters for my ladies!!! WOOT!!!! We are making an offer today and if they accept, escrow will close in 30 days.

Harvested this Blue Magoo this morning.

That is the top from my bag seed contest plant. She started flowering today. I am trying out a 10 gallon bag to see if it prevents root boundnessssssss.
This is a Blue Dream at day 24. She has some fade happening already.

Thanks MD!! We are jazzed about the house we found. LOL!! I think I am more excited about having a room inside the house for my garden than I am about the house.. Not really cuz the house is bad ass!! No more climbing a ladder for me!!! We are going to make an offer today and as far as I know, they don't have one at this time and they already have another house. After looking at 20 houses over the last few weeks we found one that has new everything inside and out which means I won't have to do any remodel work on this one!! I have to give it to my daughter who was on lookout for the perfect room for me!! Every house we went into she either said pineapples, which meant no!! Or she just smiled and looked in the direction of the room.

Well that house did not work out. The sellers would not budge on the asking price so we got back to shopping. After looking around for a few days our agent called and told us that the first house we wanted to put an offer on was back on the market! We went and gave it another look. After we left the house, the current owners told our agent that they just loved us and our daughter and wanted us to have the house! We met our agent at her office and made an offer $15,000 below the asking price. Our agent just smiled and said "This is your house"!!!! Sure enough, they accepted the offer!!!! We move in T minus 30 days!!!!

It's not a huge house at 2179 sq feet but it will do... 4 bed, 2 bath, family room, built in pool, Jacuzzi, park like back yard, 7 car garage on a 12,632 sq foot lot. I check the values of the houses in the area and ours is one of the highest

I still have 6 plants going. 1 in veg and 5 in flower. 4 of them will be harvested right before we move. The last one that is flowering will get put into a garbage can with another can upside down over it then duct taped for transport.

I started a thread so I can collect ideas for my new room, I just need to start collecting lumber, insulation and drywall so I can get it up and running. Check it out and give me some ideas!!!!

The sad day is coming!!!

I have started packing my room for the move! I currently have no clones or vegging plants and have 5 in the flower room. one is at day 57 (side by side contest) another at day 53, two at day 52 and one at day 24 (we will call this one hash). I will be harvesting all of them starting in 9-10 days which will give me 9 days to dry and jar. We are moving in 19 days and I want to set up the new room without being rushed! Besides, I need it in jars so the new hood doesn't get the wrong introduction!! Sniff,Sniff....

This will be the last update of this thread!!!

I harvested all of the remaining plants yesterday!!

I boxed up the cool tubes, duct's, bulbs, bags, soil............... I am a sad panda!!! The only thing running is two pedestal fans and an air conditioner.

We have 12 more day's until we close on the new pad so 13 day's till we move to the big city!!!!

The planning of the new room's has begun and the new location will be in my new 24'x58' insulated and heated garage! LOL! That makes me giggle like a school girl!! 1392 sguare feet is larger than most of the houses in town!

Could you imagine that!!!!

My wife keeps apologizing to me for having to end my grow, she knows how much I enjoy being in my room!

I am sure I will enjoy the new rooms even more!!
