A Cadillac doctor faced a judge today, accused of illegally prescribing medical marijuana.

Dr. Edward Harwell is charged with falsifying medical charts and conspiracy to commit a crime.

This follows a separate investigation by the Attorney General's office, that too for illegally prescribing medical marijuana.

The Attorney General's office is currently trying to get Harwell's medical license revoked.

Harwell's next court date is yet to be determined.

Dam, my father, me an a bunch of my friends went to this guy. Fucked up because he was a nice guy. I'm not saying he did everything by the book, but the people I know who didnt have a credible reason were rejected by him. Sucks when people are just tryin to help an get a bad name. Reguardless if people have a "legit" reason or not were all just tryin to enjoy this plant, so for anyone who has something bad to say about dr Harwell - I ask you what have you really done to positively effect the "marijuana movement" or peoples legal access to this plant.

Its called preventative maintenance !
You dont need to be sick to USE this plant !
its what keeps you from getting sick in the first place !!

yup we had a section 8 defense the other day. the doctors are protected.

I'm just up here working one of my discount clinics in Grayling. Helping patients and getting them certified properly, with records, with conditions.

I don't really feel the need to address this situation. Look back at my posts, they speak for themselves.

Lets see what happens, I will be shocked if he doesn't beat this horse shit case.

I tried looking up unsolved crimes in traverse city, had little luck finding any info ....there has to be many unsolved actual crimes with victims that need to be solved instead. Of these turds wasting resources. On this garbage.

had an affirmative defense case with the dr. who gave testimony.. he himself said he was a preventative holistic doctor.. md... and the people got off...


they are TARGETING HIM

the law is still bulletproof if you meet the 3 points for a bona fide relationship.. gratiot county btw.
