Calling all medi growers in Cali

its crazy but my buddy got busted with 90-95 plants and she lives in a crime ridden neighberhood...well supposedly they were looking for a suspect when they looked into her backyard as she had them outside for some fucken reason (indoor grower)...any hoo...the fucken narcotics detective called her after her roomate let them in and they took a look and all he fucken said was Ma'am youve got too many plants,youve got to get rid of the excess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wtf!!!!!! in San Jose California......thats awesome.....with my luck I get the shackles thrown on...

first time around it would get reduced to a misdeameanor even if you have 90 I wouldnt push 100...if you have no priors, no weapons and no intent to sell...misdeameanor...on the contrary if you do have anything like what I mentioned...BOOTYHOUSE... NO DOUBT!!

nobodys gonna tell u cuz nobody knows!.. evrything is sketchy rite now with the new laws being intepreted differently buy growers police and legislature. BEST ADVICE: " retain a marijuanna lawyer, for about 2000-5000 racks u can have him do all the work for u so u can be AS LEGAL AS POSSIBLE! beacuse really this is all still punishable as a federal offense. So all u can really do is B READY ( with a lawyer) plus with the lawyer u will have the guarantee that u have the latest most up to date info on laws, and how or when they are changing! in addition to advis from a quallified LEAGAL PROFESSIONAL! and not some backwoods hermit or dumbass college kid! or me! thats the best advise in my humble opinion! I know u may not have that kinda money, but really no one knows and if they do they r not gonna tell u no matter how freindly they seem! and its alot more to it than jus putting up someones license in ur room with urs! Why would someone tell u.... u would then b competition. leagal growers(commercial) want all the small guys like u and me and any illegal grower/distributer out the market! less competition! last bit...... if u really cant afford an attorney, enroll in Oaksterdam! they have classes on that shit! otherwise its all jus vicious rumor and hearsay! how would you go about opening up a delivery service?

basically its like opening a real business...license, permits, etc...if not...could get shut down on the spot... quite a few have operated and are currently operating w/o one but you really could get shut down in an instant...

there moratoriums in a lot of cities as well throughout Nor Cal...fucken bullshit...so every fucken city is trying to have their own ordinance...long story short I've moved up 3 cities from where I started...still waiting...not easy...They dont want to but they at some point have to offer patients a means of getting there meds....

but you can legally exchange with other patients like ummmm right now for a donation or an exchnage of work, goods etc...

all you need is your paperwork, their paperwork and your legally binding...
