Qucik question for caregivers or medical grow ops for patients. If you grow for let's say 4 patients which in theory would allow you to grow 24 mature plants. My question is what are the exact processes one must go through enable to do such for 4 patients. Also is there a cap on how many patients you can grow for at one time? +rep for any help. :bigjoint:

best way to find out would be to just call your pot doc and ask ? to my understanding and Ive done research in trying to open my delivery service...you must in some become their caregiver...they dont have to live in your county and they dont have to live with you....im pretty sure it involves putting up a copy of each patients paperwork in your grow room...at least this is the way Ive understood it to be...and your patient cant have more than one grower...so like he/she cant just give you a copy someone else a copy etc...Only the designated caregiver

I do know that a doctor can prescribe you the ability to carry more weight...for example if your a delivery service you can ask to be able to have up to 2 lbs a day...for your patients of course...

SB420 = Senate Bill 420 (not Santa Barbara, although they have a good community)

Lots and lots of information on those sites about the legality and how to measure plants.

i.e. Patient can have up to 90 plants or 10' x 10' canopy space or 6 pounds.

thats why I dont keep more then 6 to be safe ,In the book I got when i got my card said that the feds law(even so its illegal with them)Is 6 plants
