Try backing off on the lights a bit more and watch. How are you watering/feeding?

I have the Mars Hydro TSW 2000. My plants aren't much larger than yours. I keep the light at 75% brightness / 18 inches. Whether or not I am going too easy on my plants, I am not 100% certain right now.
I'm working with 300 true watts as opposed to your 450 though. That's a big difference. What do you have your brightness level set to?
