Can I transplant during flowering?

Mine are in 3 gallon buckets I was hoping I could finish them in 3 gal but not sure they are 4 feet. 4th week flowering.

you can try cutting out the bottom of the bucket and putting it atop of another one that's filled up about half way with soil.

Honestly, you could but in my experience & what iv'e been told.
The worst time to transplant is during flowering.
You don't want the plant stressing out to get used to the new home,
She is focused on one thing and one thing only!
Getting some :hump: (Male pollen)! LMFAO...
So let her enjoy her home and give you some prize nuggage to enjoy!

bell peppers has always sounded like a dirty name for me. "Like Hey there ladies, wanna taste of my Bell Peppers" which is followed by that quick up and down movement from the eyebrows.

Should work well just make sure same soil as you have the plant in currently.
And treat as you normally do!
