Can I use this fert to boost nitrogen ?

So I’m gonna be too dressing some plants around my yard ..

ive been using garden tone which is at 3-4-4 npk but I’d like to use roots organic terp tea grow which is 7-1-1 ..

Garden tone is 1/4 of a cup for established plants to tht how much should I add to give it a boost of nitrogen ..

Terp tea grow is 1tsp - 1tbs per gallon of soil but my plants are in the ground

how much of the terp tea would u add on top of the 1/4 cup of garden tone ?

I was thinking of something like
1/4 cup garden tone and 2tbs of terp tea give it a shake in a cup or ziploc and apply to my papyrus plants in ground for example ??
Or should I use less of the terp tea
Since it’s 1tsp to 1tbs maybe go do half of what it takes to get to 1tbs ? And go from there

i’d start by adding 1 tbsp per ft2 of surface around the plant. if you have planted for example tomatoes 2 feet apart in a single row i’d add 2 tbsp per tomato plant, if it was 2 rows 2 feet apart both directions 5 tbsps, if its 3 rows 2 feet apart every direction 8 tbsps for each tomato plant over the whole 8ft2 area around the stalk, work it in a little bit and see how it works bit of a guessing game.
